Dallas would make no sense at all. They've already got 2 under 6'2 shooting guards. And Kidd can't guard an athletic SG to let Iverson guard a PG. Iverson on the court at the same time with JJ Barea or Jason Terry is a joke just thinking about it.

Obviously I want a championship, but I don’t care about statistics anymore like I did when I was younger. I don’t care about All-Star games. I don’t care about scoring titles, MVPs, none of that. I just want to play basketball, be effective and be happy. Be a great teammate. I don’t even care about being dominant on the court like I used to be. I don’t have any more individual goals. I’ve done basically everything you can do in a basketball game.

If AI can actually live up this, there will be a crow feast...and we're all invited.

No there won't. If he changes, then great. Some of us, myself included are ROOTING for him to change and mature. But it would be change. I don't think anyone is saying that he can't flip the switch and figure it out. It's just that he hasn't done that up to this point. In fact, he admits to some of those flaws right there in that quote. So if Ivey suddenly becomes a team player and makes the sacrifices to win a ring or get close to it, then I'll applaud him, but that doesn't mean we were wrong about the first 11 years of his career.

Nobody is eating crow man... we all feel like he could contribute if he would just change his attitude and make the proper changes to his game.

We can all see him being a piece but does he really want to be? ...and that involves him likely coming off of someone's bench.
