Hearing out here in Dallas that Chandler has said that free agency will be a "business decision". Doesn't sound good for Dallas in terms of retaining him.Follow me on Twitter@DrewGarrisonSBNComment

I dunno, chances are Cuban is going to throw everything he has at him. If that means sacrificing Tuff Juice, I think he will take that.NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers

We (Heat) have to resign Chalmers first. #1 priority. Then if AI and/or T-Mac want to accept a 6/7 man role I'm all for it. Deandre Jordan,Chandler,Dalenbert would all look good. I honestly would welcome Jr Smith because of his ability offensively. The Sports Preacher

BTW, the Big Three contracts all escalate at about 1.5 mil per, so they lose around 4.5 mil of cap space every year.

Re: NBA Off-season Movement & FA List (PG 1 Updates)
Yeah, that's what I posted in the CBA thread, I don't see who they're going to get that's going to make a difference for the team, the big 3 will be just that, for as long as they're together. Especially if there's a reduction in the Salary Cap figure.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: NBA Off-season Movement & FA List (PG 1 Updates)
Shoot, LA will take him
Speaking from the team's Tualatin practice facility on Thursday, Blazers Acting GM Chad Buchanan said that while the team values Andre Miller's play, it is keeping its options open.
"We've spoken with Andre a little bit," Buchanan said. "Obviously he's aware of what his contract situation is. He knows how we feel about him. We're going to see as we listen around the league. There's a lot of interest in Andre for various reasons. At the same time, we value him and realize what he's done for us the last two years.
"There's a lot of respect around the league for Andre. Both for what he's done for us in his entire career, people talk about his age but the guy hasn't missed a game in seven or eight years.
"If Andre is back as our point guard next year we're very happy with that," Buchanan said. "Like any other player, if there's a chance to improve your team, you're going to listen to what offers are out here."

Re: NBA Off-season Movement & FA List (PG 1 Updates)
I love all the Heat "fans", and I use that loosely, (not necessarily on this site but on other forums I belong to; I'm sure there are some on here like utexas though) that think that they have the room to make all these big moves in FA and all of a sudden have all this money. They have over 65 million dollars locked up in 5 players until like 2016. If they drop the Hard Cap, they are screwed even more than they are now in the terms of going out and getting another difference maker.
They are going to have to settle for those 5 and whatever has beens they can scoop up for Vet Mins. Also they aren't going to be able to trade anybody, they have no valuable trade pieces and in 2 years NO ONE is going to want Mike Miller's contract. That's assuming anyone wants it now which is highly unlikely.
Oh yeah, and they don't have a first round pick in the draft for the next 3 years.Comment

Re: NBA Off-season Movement & FA List (PG 1 Updates)
Sorry, you're right after I looked it up again.
It's none this year, 1 first rounder in 2012 (that is unless the Cavs finish ahead of Miami and can take it), but not another one until 2014.Comment
