Pau isn't an upgrade over Perkins he's a world of difference.

He'd be great with Ibaka to cover his ***.

Man I know Lance is crazy, but I would've expected a little more interest in him. Especially given how thin the SG position is. I still expect some team to panic and offer him a lot of money once the big names are gone, but still I haven't even heard of him meeting with teams yet and only like 2 teams have come up interested? No matter what this should serve as a lesson for Lance in the future.

I would have included him in my list of examples if I remembered about him. I don't know why he left, and don't really care because that's not the point I was making.

All I was saying is teams shouldn't be focusing on big names but pieces to fit what they need, and used the Bulls as an example. Lots of names have been thrown out for the Heat that fit what I'm saying (I think oj and ex both through out some good ones). My post wasn't directed at you or anyone else.

Again, you replied to me... I was making a general point. No idea why you're taking any of it personally.
I apologize if you weren't directing it at me.

You had quoted me in that post so that's why I felt a need to respond. Again, if that wasn't your intention, then my mistake.

So then Melo staying in NY, Bron staying in Miami, Bosh staying in Miami, Wade staying in Miami, Gasol staying in LA, Lance staying in Indy, Vince Staying in Dallas, Chandler staying in Houston, Deng coming back to Chicago and Mo Williams going back to emo cause he missed out playing with LeBron again? This scenario sucks lol

Man I don't even think what Lance did to get this "head case" label was even that big of a deal to begin with. If anything I just thought it was funny. Dude was just trying to find some way to gain an edge, it's really become overblown. Especially considering a large portion of basketball fans would praise similar actions had it been Rodman, Reggie, Chuck, etc.

Either way I can't see that being the sole reason why teams are hesitant towards him. I feel some teams might feel he's a little overrated for the money he's asking, or maybe they think the demise of the team was in large part from off the court stuff involving Lance.

Lebron, Bosh and Melo are freezing everybody.

There are a few teams ready to overpay Stephenson once they make their decision.

This summer has been brutal so far and I agree, I think it'll have a very ho-hum ending. Guess we were all spoiled by 2010, nothing will ever match that.

Ehh, Lance's head case status comes from more than just this season though. His off court issue with the baby momma, the choking sign and what not way back when he was just a scrub on the bench against Miami and everything with this season.

                            Also

The Chicago Bulls and Oklahoma City Thunder have emerged as the favorites to sign Pau Gasol.

Gasol is also considering re-signing with the Los Angeles Lakers, while the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs are additional possibilities.

I honestly believe most of these guys know where they want to play.

Im talking the big names. What theyre trying to leverage is another story.

I don't either which is why I want him back. I've always been a Lance supporter(except when he's ball hogging or saying stupid stuff to the media). And until I hear that his teammates don't like him or think he's a distraction then I'll take him back with open arms.

As far as your last comments, could be. I wanna know how much he's asking. Pacers offered close to 9 a year which is more than fair, but at the same time after seeing some of these other dudes get paid I think Lance should go high. Not too high obviously(anything nearing a max deal and he's out of his mind).
