He's either going to give you 20+ pts and 8 on 11-14 FGs or 15-20 pts on almost 20 attempts. Whereas with Ben, you're still banking on upside/potential

I thought about Porzingis but wasn't sure about fit alongside Embiid. Walker would be a good option, but injury concerns scares me. CJ was one of the first names I thought, but not sure swapping out CJ for Tobais makes Portland any better. But the first trade that popped into my head, was the Hield & Bagley deal for Harris. I was against it at first, but I wouldn't mind that deal. Hield would fill that 3pt need and I would move Curry to the 6th man role. Our bench front court is very weak and Bagley could help fill that role.

I think that would be a solid grab. Personally I still think Bagley can be an All-Star caliber player. I might be the only person who still thinks that but I’m still hopeful with him.

If you were still wondering if the Lakers leaked the Wizards trade instead of their Buddy trade to avoid tampering, look no further than the Miami sign and trade that everyone knows about before it can legally be discussed lol.

      The league just doesn’t care.

Lakers “rumored” to be in the mix for literally every vet that might come cheap lol. Mills, Dragic, Iggy, Ariza, Ellington, Ennis, Jeff Green, etc. Typical

Supposedly though Melo and Dwight are just waiting on the call, and seems to be legit mutual interest with Gay.

Drummond and Malik Monk are both being linked to Miami.

To make sure they get him. Other teams are preparing big offers for Lowry, and obviously the main thing is about which team he wants to go to, but all the things I've read seem to suggest its Dragic/Precious being the Heat offer, and Raptors seeming to also want the 1st or other things.

Hield and Bagley would be a solid addition. Almost would also need to move Simmons for an All-Star 3-Level shot creator. If not, it's a worse starting 5 and a scoring by committee behind Joel. Bagley would fit, if he embraces the Stretch Big/5 role. If he can can be a 17+pts on 50-38-80 scorer, he can fill a big role. He could potentially play alongside Joel, if he hit 15+ ft shots consistently. And play a Stretch 5 when Joel is off.

I don't think both gets moved. But, I do think at least one goes. No way you can just run it back. With it seeming less likely for a Lowry S&T, that's one less option. Morey pretty much said in his season exit that the team wasn't good enough since it didn't make it out the 2nd round. He isn't one to sit on his thumbs.

I know Miami’s pick situation is shaky, but I’m not sure they would send back a young guy like Precious and a first regardless.

Mavs seem to be leading candidate for Dragic once Raptors and Heat deal is done.

So it'll basically be a 3 team deal.

                To Heat: Lowry
                To Mavs: Dragic
To Raptors: Precious, Possible 1st or something else from Miami, and then whatever Dallas gives up for Dragic.

If you're Dallas, what are you giving up for Dragic?

Precious and Dragic seem to be the for sure pieces going back based on Woj and others.

Yeah, what I’m saying is if they are sending Precious I can’t see them also including a first.

I'm right behind your on the All Star thing. So mark me as second on that list.

Probably Powell and Kleber if they want to keep the cap holds on Redick, THJ. Anything less than that or Porzingis they’ll have to renounce rights to somebody to have cap room.

Doubt Toronto has significant interest in Porzingis but if they did I’m sure Dallas would love any of OG, Hood, Baynes to come over with Dragic.

Also Dragic is a hell of a fit with Dallas. I’m hoping that plays out.

Oh man Dragon would fit really nicely next to Jalen Burson off the bench.

Porzingis would be nice to get, but is he worth his contract?

If they do get a player back, I could see Powell being an option since they do want a C. Though I would take one of the FA options over Powell, but who knows if Holmes or Allen are leaving.

So who we got as the team that strikes out in FA and ends up paying Fournier 25 million per year ?

While not in his prime he is still like a top 8 PG in the league and suns had a good season but at the same time he is at the age where he could decline a lot really fast. So 30 million a year is still a lot of money.
