Hey Orion, just checked the Boston/New York games, they have a 3-game series left. The last 3 games of the year at Boston. Could be for the division crown.

Orioles escape sweep with tough extra inning win at Fenway!!!!!
Boston, MA - The "Birds" battled back from 2-0 and 3-1 deficits tonight at Fenway Park to avoid a sweep of the Red Sox and knocking the Sox out of first place again, just a day after they captured the top slot from the Yankees. Aubrey Huff, just a double shy of the cycle, delivered a 2-run home run in the 6th inning and then won the game with an RBI single to right in the 11th to score Luke Scott. The Red Sox had multiple opportunities to win tonight, including stranding runners at 2nd and 3rd with no outs in the 3rd with a 2-0 lead and then stranded runners at 1st and 3rd in the bottom of the 11th. Bob McCrory, in relief, picked up his 2nd win of the season and George Sherrill brought home save number 37 on the year. Unfortunately for Nick Markakis, his hitting streak came to an end at 30 games tonight, going 0-for-5 on the evening. The O's head home to try and play spoiler with the AL West as Oakland comes for a visit to the yard after the day off tomorrow.
