        Boston (2-7) @ South Florida (8-1)

        Another Game, Another Huge Loss

TAMPA, FL - Another game equals another loss for the Boston Colonials as they drop to a horrid 2-8 (0-5) on the year with only two games remaining on the schedule. They took on a very surprising South Florida team that sported a 8-1 record entering the game.

Boston was never really in the game as South Florida was simply too good. Chad Kemp returned to the lineup and played relatively well, but three three costly picks. He was injured for a quarter in the second half when he went down with a pinched nerve. "He won't stop getting injured. It's ridiculous!" exclaimed Coach Frizzell.

Pick-machine Marques Prater came in to go 0-3 with an interception before Coach Frizzell gave up on the game and just decided to run the clock out on the ground.

Boston's defense was horrible as usual and gave up many huge plays. The offense's seven turnovers certainly did not help out the defense any, however.

Oh man...You are telling me Syracuse got the death penalty for luring recruits with all sorts of nasty?

How bad is it for my Orange when they can't even get good recruits when they pay them?

Haha, yeah, LOL! I just needed to come up with a way to get rid of a team from the Big East. The reason I picked Syracuse is that I really don't like playing in the Carrier Dome. I hate playing there in the game. It just doesn't look right to me.

              Thanks for following as usual!

                  Here are my defensive rankings:

                  Defensive Rankings (NCAA/Big East)

                  Passing: 242.4 (91st/8th)
                  Rushing: 206.9 (119th/8th)
                  Points: 55.6 (119th/8th...OUCH)
                  Sacks: 21 (T-70th/5th)
                  Interceptions: 7 (T-111th/8th)
                  Fumbles Recovered: 5 (T-82nd/T-5th)
                  Redzone Attempts: 45 (T-42nd/4th)
                  Redzone TD: 23 (T-65th/T-6th)

                  Rezone Scoring: 97% (119th/8th...OUCH)

And I have thrown 33 interceptions, lost 21 fumbles, and turned the ball over a total of 54 times, all worst in the NCAA. Also, my turnover differential is -4.20, last, as well, in the NCAA...

Kemp Injured Again on Senior Day

BOSTON, MA - Kemp gets injured almost every game it seems. Now, he is out for 12 weeks for the rest of the season. "I've never seen someone who gets injured so often," beamed Coach Frizzell about Kemp's injury troubles.

A 66 yard Hail Mary touchdown reception with time expiring before halftime made it a two touchdown Huskies lead at the break and killed the Colonials' confidence.

Boston played a fairly decent game, but still lost by a considerable margin as they Colonials drop to a disappointing 2-9 (0-6). They will have their final chance at a win in Big East play in Piscataway against Rutgers next week.

Tough first season, but I see greatness coming quickly to Boston. And even though you're 2-9 that means you just have one more game then you get to start recruiting and making your defense a whole lot better

                            Signed Players

                            Mark Moore - CB - Montclair, NJ - 3* (7)
                            6-1, 177
                            40 Time: 4.35
                            Field Awareness: C-
                            Vertical: 41.0"
                            Hands: A-
                            Bench: 215
                            Squat: 350
Notes: 4.35 40 time means needed speed will be coming to Boston in the secondary!

                            Mike Melton - G - Scotch Plains, NJ - 3* (11)
                            6-0, 347
                            40 Time: 5.41
                            Field Awareness: C+
                            Vertical: 26.2"
                            Bench: 520
                            Squat: 680
Notes: Big strong guy with lots of potential. He should help the sub-par offensive line out a lot.

Congrats on the CB signing!!! I'm assuming he won't be redshirting? LOL I've noticed that whenever I create a cupcake team, the line is usually what takes the longest to build. I'm sure a 347 lb. guard will help some.

Yeah, I can't wait to get next year's recruits on the field. No way my CB is redshirting!!! He'll probably be my #1 starter next year!
