    White Sox versus Athletics....

Game 34: Chicago White Sox @ Oakland

    Chicago - 0
    Oakland - 2

    WP - Lilly (3-2)
    LP - Garland (3-3)
    S - Foulke (12)
    HR - Wells (6)

The A's finally got a solid pitching effort from someone other than their big three as Lilly pitched 7 strong innings of shut-out ball to lead the A's past the White Sox. Lilly was the player of the game striking out 7 and walking one to earn his 3rd win of the year. Vernon Wells hit a 2 run homer to lead the A's offensively.

Game 35: Chicago White Sox @ Oakland

    Chicago - 0
    Oakland - 16

    WP - Brazelton (3-3)
    LP - Wright (2-3)
    HR - Bell (3)

The A's offense awoke from their recent struggles and rocked Dan Wright, pounding 22 hits for the win. Dewon Brazelton was awesome pitching a complete game shut-out and improved his record to 3-3 on the year. Miguel Tejada went 3 for 5 with a double and 4 RBI's to earn player of the game honors. The A's move to 24-11 and have a 7 game lead on second place Anaheim as they take 2 of three from the A's. Oakland now looks for revenge against Jason Giambi and the Yankees as they come to the Coliseum for a three game weekend series...

I just play on default pro with medium variable pitching, very fast pitching, small batting cursor. I am not a good player so I just play pro because it's just challenging enough for me to lose some games and win a lot too...

Yeah, I was shocked. When I offered just Bradford, the Angels wanted 9 BP as well and I said no so I then searched my roster for a position which I had depth in (1B) and offered McCarthy (the weakest) as well as Bradford and they accepted. Bradford does have the same rating as K-Rod so that might be why the trade could go through. Still, one of my better trades so far...
