      SUNSHINE SHOWDOWN

Were back for another addition of the Sunshine Showdown. The Florida Gators (5-6) look to play host and spoiler to the #1 Florida State Seminoles championship hopes in Gainesville. The Gators are also looking for a win to gain bowl eligibilty. So the Noles know they are playing a team that has a lot on the line.

"They have to go through us to play in a bowl game. So they are going to come with it. Plus its Florida vs Florida State. For 3 hours nothing else matters. So we got to bring it too.." said Junior DB Luron Dixon.

The Noles are fresh off a thrilling victory against #3 Clemson last weekend to clinch the ACC Atlantic Title. With the ACC under wraps, the Noles now focus their attention on the National stage trying to complete their quest in the college football playoff. A win against the Gators, and they are most certainly in no matter what happens next week in Charlotte vs #2 West Virginia for the ACC Championship. But , Cameel Verner as usual, is keeping his team's head level and on the prize. And that prize is keeping the Gators from being bowl eligible. Cameel Verner, who was an All-American Linebacker for the Seminoles before playing 12 years in the NFL knows all about the Gator/Seminole rivalry. And this weekend has a little more spice than normal.

"We don't want them going bowling. They don't want us in the Championship conversation. Something has to give. It'll be all about who wants it more. I know when I played in this rivalry I wanted it more than anyone. And to this day I still feel the same way. That bloodline never goes away. Gainsville will be ready, and we better be too" said Verner

      TWO QB SYSTEM TO CONTINUE

The Noles sucessfully completed a two QB system last weekend against Clemson. And after talking with Offensive Coordinator Hayden Kiser, expect more of the same this week. The rookie OC for the Noles believes that combining both Quaterbacks skillsets this week against Florida once again gives them an advantage throughout the game.

"We've had a good week of preparation" he said. "Both guys understand their roles and as usual we will evaluate as the game progresses. But both guys will play their parts in this game. " Kiser continued.

Against the Tigers, Sha'dar Walker went 10/18 156 yards and a TD while chipping in 61 yards rushing. Clay Tillman went 4/6 for 67 yards passing in the contest.

          ACC CHAMPIONSHIP

For the first time in ACC History, the ACC Championship game will feature the #1 vs #2 teams in the nation, #1 Florida State vs #2 West Virginia. The Seminoles make their second straight ACC Championship game appearance. Last year, they fell short of winning the ACC after losing to Duke 20 to 9. This year the Noles want a different result. This year, College Football Playoff implications are on the line. And the Noles know they have a tough challenge ahead of them. This year, the Noles will have a familiar face ahead of them.

West Virginia QB B.J. McDaniel spent his first two years at FSU

West Virginia starting QB B.J. McDaniel started for Florida State for 4 games last season while splitting time with both current Quarterbacks Clay Tillman and Sha'Dar Walker. McDaniel transferred from FSU to WVU during the off-season and was granted immediate eligibilty. McDaniel stepped in for injured All-ACC QB Donald Horne who was injured the first game of the season. So far this year McDaniel is completing 69% of his passes and has 4,141 yards with 36 Touchdowns and 7 interceptions, and is also the current Heisman Trophy front runner. Cameel Verner definitely knows the type of Quarterback they will be going against Saturday.

WVU QB B.J. McDaniel is currently the Heisman Frontrunner this season

"He is a heck of a talent. Had some great games for us here. And he has West Virginia rolling. We've got a heck of a task trying to slow them down. Preparation will be important. They have weapons. They have a fast defense. They are the complete package right now." Said Cameel Verner.

          High School Profile

During his time in Tallahassee, McDaniel is mostly known for his huge game against Pitt completing 100% of his passes and throwing for 326 yards. He's the only Quarterback in Florida State history to complete all his passes with a minimum of 15 attempts. The Noles will hope that he doesn't have a repeat performance of that effort this Saturday on the big stage in front of a National Audience.

          QUARTERBACK PLAY WILL BE IMPORTANT

The Seminoles have had a Quarterback issue for the majority of the season, and against Florida it was yet another problem, as both QBs combined for 8 for 29 passing for 217 yards and 3 interceptions. Hayden Kiser knows that in a game of this magnitude, Quarterback play will be huge.

"We've prepared. Both of the guys know what's on the line. And they definitely shine when the lights are bright. This is a big game, nationally televised. They will be ready. We will be ready as an offense." said Kiser.

Primetime game, Nationally Televised, # 1 vs # 2 ACC Championship Game ( 1st ever in ACC History) , this game will be one for the ages. Get your popcorn ready.

          RECRUITING
The Seminoles got some great news on the recruiting trail as most of their class is wrapped up. But one thing the Noles didn't have locked up is Receiver commitments as the lone Receiver in the class is Four-Star Kyar Dotson from Flower Mound, TX. However, that changed last week as the Noles received pledges from two Five-Star players. WR D'Juan Davis and WR Keonte King both pledged to the Seminoles. The Noles also received a pledge from Four-Star Guard Dartan Hill. The addition of Davis and King now puts the Seminoles Five-Star total for this class to 6, most in the country.

          WR D'Juan Davis 6’4” 220 Mobile, AL
          #3 Overall, #1 WR

The Noles hit a homerun with the pick up of D'Juan Davis who is the teammate of current Nole commit LB Antonio Harris. Davis is a big body, long athletic receiver who is just dynamic all over the field. At 6'4" his catch radius gives the Seminoles a huge advantage.

WR Keonte King 6’4” 217 Miami, FL
          #12 Overall, #2 WR

The Noles go into South Florida and get the second rated WR in the class in Keonte King. King has incredible body control and the ability to make all the catches. He's atheltic and very rangy and explosive playmaker. The Noles have a trio of tall long and rangy WRs in this class.

OG Dartan Hill 6’7” 346 Homestead, FL
          #292 Overall, #13 OG

Hill is a massive interior prospect that completes the Offensive Line Haul for the Noles. The Seminoles wanted to continue to get more physical upfront and Hill is the final piece to that puzzle. Big, mean, physical and a pure road grader. The Noles are estatic about his upside.

              COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS

The post season is here! The Noles finish their 2032 campaign undefeated, up to this point a wire to wire #1 ranked team with atleast two games left on it's schedule. The Noles are also the only undefeated team left in the FBS ranks. And today, the college football committee revealed it's top four teamsof the year.

              UP NEXT: #4 NEBRASKA(11-2)
              3:30 PM/ET NEW YEARS EVE

The Noles take on a red-hot Nebraska team that won the American Athletic Conference Title this season. The Cornhuskers arguably had the toughest route to the playoff defeating the most ranked teams this season of any of the 4 Playoff teams. Head Coach Cameel Verner understands the challenge ahead against a very good Cornhusker football team.

"This is a heck of a football team. They are a battle tested team. They are big up front, very very physical. We have an extremely huge challenge in front of us. Huge. We have to get our kids ready. They are going to fight. We have to be ready to fight back or it will be a first round knock out." said Head Coach Cameel Verner

Nebraska's defense ranks as one of the best nationally as they are 5th in scoring defense and 8th in total defense. The Huskers also run an 3-4 defense similar to the Noles 3-3-5 scheme. Offensive Coordinator Hayden Kiser believes the Noles can match the physicality of the Cornhuskers and will make sure they will be mentally ready for a heavyweight fight.

"They are a very physical team. They play in one of the toughest conferences in the country. Extremely athletic. These are the games we practice for. Physicality. We've preached that since the Spring. And if we aren't physical we are going to get bullied. It's as simple as that. They are as physical team as it gets."
              said Kiser.

              POLLACK AND HERBSTREIT SHARES THOUGHTS

"I just think this will be heavyweight fight." said Herbstreit "But I think the physicality of the Nebraska defense will make the difference. Florida State is extremely physical also. But I've seen that Nebraska front seven just completely take over football games. The Seminoles have some injuries up front on the offensive line. And I think that will be the difference. Keeping their Quarterbacks up right, creating holes for the running game will be a challenge against that Nebraska front. The Huskers have gotten better as the season has progressed. And with the question mark the Noles have at Quarterback and passing the ball, I'm not sure if the Noles can make the plays consistently it needs to win the game. It will be interesting to see the battle in the trenches in this one. I just think Nebraska has the edge." he continued.

While Herbstreit thinks Nebraska will edge the Seminoles in the College Football Playoff this weekend, David Pollock took a different tune opposed to Herbstreit.

"While I agree with you that this will be a Heavyweight fight, let's not downplay how physical this Florida State team has been all season. Just a few weeks ago we watched them obliterate the number two team in the nation and essentially knock them out of the playoff contention. This Florida State team is for real. Now they do have some questions at the Quarterback position that will haunt them, I agree with that. But I think the defense of Florida State can keep them in this football game. They've got a Heisman Trophy winner at Corner who really just shuts down an entire side of the field. They have a pass rush that is absolutely insane. I think this will be a big boy battle. I think the Noles can make some explosive plays to give them the edge." said Pollack

The Cornhuskers are the champions of what most people for the last decade or so of the toughest conference in the country in the American Athletic Conference. The AAC are the National Champions 7 of the last 10 years with the Seminoles winning two of the last three of those years. The #1 Florida State Seminoles (13-0) will take on the #4 Nebraska Cornuskers (11-2) at Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, TX Dec 31,2032.

              #2 VA TECH(12-1) v #3 CLEMSON(11-1)

Albeit Clemson was absent from the ACC Championship game, they still were able to get the nod as one of the four best teams in the country as they take on SEC Champion Virginia Tech. This will be the first meeting between the two teams since Va Tech left the ACC 12 years ago. The teams will square off in the night cap of New Years Eve in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.

This matchup gives the ACC two teams in the College Football Playoff with the possibility of having an all-ACC Championship game with a Clemson/Florida State rematch.

              POST SEASON AWARDS

Florida State Head Coach Cameel Verner has now coached his second Heisman Winner as Junior Cornerback Ja'Carius Kidd was announced as the 2032 Heisman Trophy winner. Kidd is the first defensive player to win the award in 23 years. Not only did Verner coach his second Heisman Trophy winner at Florida State, he's now coached two brothers in his career to win the Heisman Trophy. While at Georgia Tech, Verner coached the Ja'Carius' older brother, Aldarius Kidd who won it as a Sophomore as a WR in 2026. Aldarius went on to be selected #1 overall in the NFL Draft and has been a Pro Bowl selection the last 7 seasons.

"His work ethic, his approach to the game of football, his preparation is second to none. I'm extremely happy for him. He's earned it. He's a very special player. He has such a bright future ahead of him." said Verner.

While Kidd is the recent winner of the Heisman Trophy, Sarderrious Minter won it 4 years ago as a True Freshman at Quarterback and went on to be drafted as a Running Back in the NFL in the First Round.

Kidd finished his Heisman season with 68 tackles, 13 interceptions, 20 pass beak-ups and 6 interceptions returned for touchdowns.

NOLES WIN IN OT THRILLER 37-31

The Seminoles advance to the College Football Playoff after defeating #4 Nebraska 37-31 in OT

The Seminoles had quite the scare. But championship teams never fold and continue to grind it out throughout adversity. The Seminoles who found themselves trailing 17-7 midway through the second quarter, and again 31-21 midway through the third, found a way to fight to take the game to Overtime to defeat a feisty Nebraska team. Kirk Herbstreit had a lot to say after the game in regards to the Seminoles.

"This is a heck of a football team. What I saw in person today, was a team that really wants it. Being down double digits, TWICE, they never flinched. They continued to battle. They continued to fight back. And you know what's most impressive? They found a way to win. 396 yards on the ground was massive as they were struggling to throw the ball with consistency. But they leaned on their physical nature, their emposing will and continued to chunk away and chunk away. This was an impressive victory for the Noles. What a game..." he said.

Herbstreit's fellow partner Chris Fowler also chimed in in the postgame conversation and believes even though the Noles came away with an impressive win, they have a huge issue that needs to be addressed before the National Championship whether it be Clemson or Virginia Tech.

"The Noles looked extremely impressive from the very first snap running the football as Trey Wright took it 88 yards on their first play from scrimmage. However, there is a glaring weakness that we saw today and the Seminoles have a huge issue at Quarterback and Turnovers. Six turnovers combined by both Seminole Quarterbacks today, Two interceptions by Clay Tillman and Four fumbles by Sha'Dar Walker, I mean that obviously has to be a huge concern 9 days from now moving to the National Championship right Kirk?" said Fowler

"Absolutely. Whether it's Clemson, or Virginia Tech, both teams will look at that film from today and be ready to adjust. We saw earlier in the year when Clemson played Florida State where the Noles snuck away with a victory there too earlier in the year winning 24-21, Clemson will be ready this next time around. And Virginia Tech is a different story. They are absolutely ferocious on defense as well. They fly around and will be looking to take advantage of mistakes from those Nole Quarterbacks. You have a valid point there Chris" Herbstreit continued

The Noles lost the turnover battle losing Six turnovers to Nebraska's 3 turnovers but still was able to come away with the win in Overtime. However, even with Six turnovers and was continuously put in very bad situations from them the Noles still managed to hold the Cornhuskers to a season low 181 yards of Offense. Of those 181, 64 of those yards came on a big touchdown grab early in the first Quarter. Outside of that splash play the Noles really locked in and kept Nebraska from doing much of anything. Defensively the Noles were led by Junior Safety Luron Dixon (9 tackles 2 TFL 2 PBU) and Freshman Defensive Back Thomas Spiller (9 Tackles , TFL). Defensive Player of the Year Robert Tate finished with 7 tackles 4 TFL, while Butkus Award Winner George Phillips finished with 8 Tackles 3 TFL and 1 Sack.

The Noles really relied on their run game to keep the game within reach with big days from Junior RB Trey Wright (18 carries, 150 yards 2 TD) , Vontae Marshall (13 carries 61 yards 1 TD) and RB/WR Sytavious Graham (9 carries 105 yards 1 TD).

Now that the Noles have defeated the Cornhuskers, they now away the winner of #2 Virginia Tech and #3 Clemson later tonight

                CLEMSON DEFEATS VA TECH 31-27

The AllState Sugar Bowl ended up being one of the more intruiging bowl gmaes in recent memory. Virginia Tech Quarterback P.J. Brunner had a game for the ages, and probbaly the most dominant performance in Sugar Bowl History in a losing effort. Brunner completed 66% of his passes for 351 yards and added another 193 yards on the ground rushing. While Brunner was dominant in his efforts , the Hokies outgained the Tigers 648 to 302. But the Tigers Special Teams and defense was teh difference in the game. The Tigers blocked a field goal attempt, a punt that went for a touchdown , and also a pick 6 late in the second half all changed the momentum for the Tigers. Clemson LB Ray Carter's 65 yard Interception return for a Touchdown really sealed the deal for the TIgers come from behnd win. With Clemson winning, the College Football world wil get a glimpse of FSU/Clemson part 2, as the Noles defeated Clemson in the regular season 21-24 in thrilling fashion.

                  UP NEXT: NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

                  CLEMSON/FSU PART II

                  8:00 PM/ET ESPN - Miami, Florida

For the first time, an All-ACC National Championship game. And once again, National Championship implications are at stake and on the line between these two foes. The #1 Florida State Seminoles(14-0) and #3 Clemson Tigers (13-1) square off for the second time this season, and for the second time in 3 years in the College Football Playoff. Three seasons ago, the Noles took on Clemson in the College Football Semi-Final and defeated the Tigers and went on to play the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and earned their second title in 3 years at that time. Earlier this year, the Noles squeaked past the Tigers in a 24-21 game that went down to the wire. This time, in an ACC National Championship rematch, it's for all the marbles. It's hard to beat a team twice in a row, especially with a Championship at stake, and Cameel Verner knows all too well about that.

"Clemson is a scrappy team. Scary good. They make all the small plays. That's how they are here now. Making plays when it counts. We have such a daunting challenge ahead of us. It's going to be tough. But we are going to be ready. We have to hunker down and get ready. It's tough beating a team twice. And Clemson is hungry to correct any mistakes they made earlier this year." said Verner

The Tigers won a thrilling game against SEC foe Virginia Tech last week to earn a right to play for the National Championship. And the Tigers are ready to repeat that performance on yet another National Stage. The Tigers blocked two kicks against the Hokies, one Field Goal, and one Punt (that got returned for a touchdown) and got a crucial Pick Six in the 4th Quarter to give the Tigers the lead for good. The Tigers are adept in creating turnovers, and Turnovers are a huge pain for the Seminoles this season.

"We have to take care of the ball." said OC Hayden Kiser "It's been a problem recently for us, and in this game, in this setting we have to make sure we don't put our defense in bad spots. Clemson is very crafty. They will make you pay for mistakes. I like our chances if we play mistake free." he continued.

Sha'Dar Walker to Start at Quarterback

For the latter part of the season, the Noles have started Veteran Quarterback Clay Tillman. He's had an up-and-down season and hasn't done the best job at protecting the ball, but niether has Walker. While Tillman threw two interceptions in the Cotton Bowl, Walker lost three fumbles. Six combined turnovers from the two Quarterbacks is a huge cause for concern, however, Head Coach Cameel Verner feels as if Walker gives the Noles the best chance to win against the Tigers.

"His ability to create and improvise is something we believe we can use to our advantage. We've been evaluationg the Quarterbacks all season long. Both Quarterbacks will play but we will be giving the start to Walker" said Verner.

NOLES TO LEAN ON PHYSICAL OFFENSIVE LINE?

The start of Walker leads us to believe the Noles plan on playing a physical brand of football similar to what they did against Nebraska. The Noles ran for 396 yards in the Cotton Bowl against a widely known physical Nebraska defense. Clemson poses a similar physical threat. And with Walker starting leads us to believe the Noles may have a similar gameplan on attacking the Tigers.

                  ***BREAKING NEWS***

                      OFF-SEASON

The Noles completed their 3rd national championship in four seasons. It is also Coach Cameel Verner's 9th total title as a head coach. Verner won 6 with Georgia Tech in 13 seasons as a Head Coach and he now has 3 titles in 5 seasons as a Head Coach with the Seminoles. Verner is all-time leading coach in National Championships in NCAA History. As Verner heads into his 6th Season with the Seminoles, the school has reconstructed his contract and signed him to a 10 year extension worth 17.2 Million a year. With the Noles securing their Head Coach for the next decade, the team moves on to it's next phase as it prepares to defend its National Title crown in 2023. Here we will highlight Roster changes, Recruiting and much more.

                      Draft Declarations

The Seminoles will lose a ton of talent from it's championship team as a number of underclassmen have opted to Forego their collegiate career and move on to the NFL.

                      Underclassmen Declarations

RB Trey Wright 5'11" 205- Junior

                      High School Profile

Former Five-Star Trey Wright was Florida State's leading Rusher in 2032 and also the National Championship Game as he had 27 carries for 181 yards and Two Touchdowns. On the season he had 278 carries for 1197 yards and 8 Touchdowns on the season. Wright was pivotal to the run game for the Noles this past season and was a gamebreaker with tremendous speed. Trey was a backup to former Heisman Winner Sarderrious Minter and RB Zaleel Hamby who both are in the NFL. In his first season as a starter Wright definitely gave the Seminoles a punch. The Junior RB will forgo his final season of eligbility and enter the NFL draft.

WR Chris Brown 6'4" 217- Redshirt Sophomore

                      High School Profile

The talented, rangy Redshirt Sophomore will forego his final seasons of eligbility as he didn't play much his first two seasons at FSU. He was redshirted his Freshman year, and during his Redshirt Freshman year he played in one game, which in Florida State's Bowl Game vs Ohio where he had 5 catches for 118 yards and 3 touchdowns. In his first and only season of action he finished as the Noles leading reciever albeit a passing game that struggled for the majority of the season with 47 catches 1011 yards and 10 touchdowns. Brown could be a huge asset in the NFL with his long frame, and speed as he reporedly runs in the 4.3 range.

WR Orbit Jackson 6'0" 190- Junior

                      High School Profile

The speedy Junior out of Texas not only has two football National Championships under his belt, he also has two Track and Field National Championships under his belt. Jackson is one of the fastest prospects not only in the country, but the world. It was questioned whether he would opt to go Pro as an Olympic Sprinter, or opt for the NFL Draft. Jackson boasts 10.04 100 Meter speed, which oddly isn't the fastest on the Seminoles roster (Sytavious Graham has posted a 9.98 100 meter). Jackson has always stated he is a Football player first even though he owns almost all of the state of Texas' High School Track and Field records. He will forego his Senior season and opt for the NFL Draft. His Junior year, Jackson had 37 catches for 814 yards and 5 Touchdowns. For his career he has 120 catches 2095 yards and 12 touchdowns.

WR Sytavious "Pit" Graham 5'6" 200- Junior

                      High School Profile

One of the fastest men in the world has opted early for the NFL Draft. The Olympic qualified sprinter also has chosen the path of the NFL over professional sprinting as he's posted a 9.98 100 meter time. Graham is an all-purpose machine and has played a number of different positions while at Florida State, including Receiver, Running Back and both Kick Return and Punt Return. Graham was pivotal in the championship run for FSU this season as he ran 58 yards for a touchdown in overtime against Nebraska in the College Football Playoff. Graham displayed his speed on several occasions at Florida State this season.

OG Anthony Branch 6'5" 347- Junior

                      High School Profile

The big mauler from out West has opted to forego his Senior season and join the NFL Draft. Branch was a 2 year starter on the interior for the Seminoles the past two seasons as he has 26 starts under his belt.

DE Robert Tate 6'4" 286- Redshirt Junior

                      High School Profile

The Lombardi Award Winner and Florida State's season record holder in Sacks (20) has otped for the NFL Draft. Tate who hadd the opportunity to leave early last year did not receive the Draft grade(6th Rd) he liked and opted to comeback last year. Boy, did he earn himself some money by coming back. Tate had a monster season as he turned in an All-American season with 56 Tackles, 20 sacks (FSU Single Season Record) , and 36 tackles for loss. Tate dominated in every facet imaginable on the defensive front as he played all over the Defensive Line this year. His versatility is what scouts really love. Tate lined up at Edge, 3 Tech, and Nose and was productive in every spot. At almost 290 pounds he has the ability to play anywhere on the defensive front in the NFL.

                      NT David McNiel-Days 6'5" 340- Junior

                      High School Profile

The massive Nose Tackle has opted for the NFL Draft. While McNiel-Days did not have the massive success he was billed to have coming out of High School, his position within the Noles system didn't exactly allow him to do so. However, he still was the anchor to a dominant defense as the Nose Tackle position is probably the most important spot in an odd front defense. And McNiel-Days held his own night in and night out on Saturdays.

LB George Phillips 6'6" 270- Redshirt Sophomore

                      High School Profile

One of the most freakishly ahletic talents to ever suit up in the Garnet and Gold has opted for the NFL Draft. At 270 pounds, Phillips is reported as a 4.4 guy and can play Edge or Linebacker. His one full season as a starter Phillips recorded 17.5 sacks and 27 tackles for loss. He is pegged as a high day one draft pick. It's possible he could be a lottery pick if his combine numbers stack with his film.

                      CB Ja'Carius Kidd 6'2" 217-Junior

                      High School Profile

It's highly likely Kidd will be the first overall pick in the Draft so it makes sense for him opting for the NFL Draft. The Heisman Trophy winner is the brother of current NFL All-Pro WR Aldarius Kidd whos been named to his 6th consecutive Pro Bowl. Aldarius Kidd was also a #1 overall pick at Reciever, and it appears the younger Kidd, Ja'Carius will follow suit. This past season Ja'Carius Kidd had 13 interceptions while returning 6 of those for Touchdowns, most in school history. Kidd went on to win the Thorpe award for a second consecutive year while also winning the Heisman Trophy.

                      S Colton Hathaway 6'2" 205- Redshirt Junior

                      High School Profile

Hathaway has declared for the NFL Draft albeit being a late bloomer. His first 3 seasons at Florida State was underhwleming as he was overshadowed by talent at the position. However, while Blake Boyson was suspended for the first 3 games of the season, it allowed Hathaway an opportunity to finally shine in the Garnet and Gold and he did not dissapoint. Hathaway started all 15 games this season at Hawk (Strong Safety) and finished with 42 tackles, 3 interceptions, a blocked field goal and 3 total defensive touchdowns.

                      S Luron Dixon 6'1" 205- Junior

                      High School Profile

As expected, the heart and soul of Florida State defense has declared for the NFL draft. A tackling machine, Dixon amassed for 137 tackles 8 for loss, 6 pass breakups 3 interceptions on the year. In two years as a starter, Dixon had 267 tackles. Leading the team both seasons. Dixon is also a special track athlete as well as he helped the Noles secure two National Titles in track and field also. Dixon with his speed, instincts and ball hawking ability is expected to be a high lottery pick.

Tackle Bob Martin missed the last 5 games of the season due to injury

Of the graduating Seniors, 4 of the 6 are expected to have be drafted. Tackle Bob Martin who missed the last 5 games of the season to injury had a high upside as a Tackle prior to injury. The NFL Combine will be huge for his draft stock. However, Senior T Derique Smith who has started all four years for the Seminoles is a prospect that the scouts love. Derique has started at every position on the Offensive Line for the Seminoles. During the National Championship two seasons ago, he primarily started at Guard due to the thin nature the Noles were in that season. This year, Smith started at Right Tackle. Smith is extremely versatile and can play any position on the line at a very high level. DB Bihadda Maddox has started every game of his FSU career as he has amassed over 50 starts at Nickle Back for the Seminoles. The only game he missed in his career was this past years National Championhsip game as he was out with concussion symptoms.

                      TRANSFERS

A number of Seminoles have entered the transfer portal at the conclusion of the season.
PLAYERS WHO HAVE ENTERED TRANSFER PORTAL:

RB Jardai Slaughter 6'1" 224- Redshirt Junior

                      High School Profile

RB Jardai Slaughter has entered the transfer portal

Slaughter was apart of a talented 2032 backfield that early in the year featured himself and Trey Wright. But as the season went on, the emergence of homerun threat Freshman Vontae Miller eventually saw decreased playing time from Slaughter. Slaughter finished the year with 91 carries for 438 yards (4.8 ypc) and 6 touchdowns. But the power back from Winter Haven, FL was inactive for 5 of the last 6 games of the season.

WR Shabazz Blades 6'5" 190- Freshman

                      High School Profile

Blades redshirted this past season at Florida State. He did not see any action this year as a Freshman.

                      SIZE="4"][B]TE/DE Terrence Manson[/SIZE] 6'5" 265- Redshirt Junior

                      High School Profile

Manson has seen limited action throughout his career at FSU. His first two years he was listed as a Defensive End, last year he made the transition to Tight End. Manson will now look to finish his collegiate career elsewhere.

                      C Ray Snyder 6'1" 325- Redshirt Senior

                      High School Profile

Synder hasn’t seen any significant action while at Florida State. However, he has graduated and will enter the transfer portal as a Graduate Transfer with one year eligible left.

DL Marvin Dickerson 6'8" 290- Redshirt Junior

                      High School Profile

Dickerson started 13 of the 15 games for the Seminoles this season. Dickerson wasn an integral part to a dominant front who held opponents to 77.3 yards per game rushing on the season. The loss of Dickerson hurts upfront with returning experience as the Noles will not return any of its Defensive Line starters from last season.

LB Rasheed Bryant 6'3" 245- Redshirt Junior

                      High School Profile

Bryant enters his 4th year in college and has been a reserve the majority of his career. He was passed up by Junior David Grier who has been the unquestioned leader of the Seminole defense for the past two seasons. Last season Bryant finished with 11 tackles and a sack in a reserve role for the Seminoles.

LB Luke Ralph 6'4" 240- Redshirt Sophomore

                      High School Profile

Ralph has been a reserve his entire career thus far at FSU. His first season on campus he took a redshirt, and played primarily special teams his Redshirt Freshman year. Ralph has not recorded any stats.

                      [B]DB Jose Rodriguez 6'0" 211- Senior

                      High School Profile

Rodriguez has played in a reserve role in his three years at Florida State. The Former Four-Star will be looking to play his final year of eligibility elsewhere. Last season at FSU he recorded 8 tackles with 2 Pass Breakups.

                      ATTRITION BREAKDOWN

The Seminoles have lost a ton from it’s championship roster between Transfers and Draft Eligible players. However, currently the Noles sit at a loaded #1 Recruiting Class with Signing Day still around the corner. The Noles will still have the opportunity to fill gaps and voids left behind by players opting a new path.

                      Transfers:
                      RB Jardai Slaughter, RS JR
                      WR Shabazz Blades, FR
                      OC Ray Snyder, RS SR
                      LB Rasheed Bryant, RS JR
                      LB Luke Ralph, RS SO
                      DL Marvin Dickerson, RS JR
                      DB Jose Rodriguez, SR

QB CLAY TILLMAN TO RETURN FOR 5TH YEAR

Redshirt Senior Quarterback elects to return for a 5th and final year of collegiate eligibility. Tillman was huge to the Seminoles success the past few seasons as he helped the Noles reach the College Football Playoff and National Championship after former Heisman Trophy winner Sarderrious Minter was suspended the latter part of the season 3 years ago. Now the Quarterback instead of weighing his options of playing time elsewhere, has decided FSU is where he wants to be.
“I’m a Seminole. I’ve cherished every second, every moment. I will always bleed Garnet and Gold. I can’t imagine myself anywhere else.” said Tillman

The former 3 Star product out of Vero Beach, FL will look to be in a Quarterback battle yet again with Sha’Dar Walker, and Blue Chip prospects Terry Washington and Ko’Dallas Avery who redshirted this past season.

DL JEVAR CREYSAC TO RETURN TO FSU

                      High School Profile

The highly talented prospect has had a tumultuous first couple of years at Florida State. His first year on campus, the coaches decided to Redshirt the former Four-Star lineman. During a great Spring and Fall Camp, Creysac looked to be one of the more dominant players among a front line that was filled with talent. But Creysac was ruled academically ineligible for the 2032 season.

“He was devastated. But it’s one of those things you really have to hunker down, sink your teeth in and learn from.” said Head Coach Cameel Verner

While most kids have different ways of acclimating to the collegiate life, Creysac seemed to have a slower path than most. Even he admits it is challenging.

“College is not like High School. It’s tougher. They ask a lot of you in school. It was something I wasn’t used to." said Creysac

After being away from football for two years, Creysac said he’s not entering the portal to look for new opportunities. He’s a Seminole.

“I had to just make some changes. That’s all. But I’m a Nole, man. I love everything about FSU. “ he continued.

                      RECRUITING

The Seminoles currently sit with the #1 Ranked Recruiting class. But are still looking to finalize a strong class. The Noles still have their eye on a few remaining prospects to round out the class. The Noles currently have Six (6) Five-Stars committed with Signing Day right around the corner.

Re: FSU: The Rebuild and "the Return" (NCAA 2019 Dynasty)

The Seminoles sucessfully finish yet another top recruiting class finishing with the #1 overall class of 2033. This is Head Coach Cameel Verner’s 4th #1 class in his 5 years at Florida State. The Noles addressed a ton of needs as attrition hit the Noles hard this off-season. To date, the Seminoles lost 17 players to the NFL Draft , and another 7 players have hit the transfer portal since the offseason began. This is the most attrition Verner has seen during his tenure at Florida State. However, replenishing the roster with the #1 class in the country is good news during a time where attempting to keep a championship roster in tact is needed.

“We signed some big time talent. High character talent. The staff worked their tails off to nab the trust of these kids to develop them into young men. Their parents, their families all have put their total trust into doing so. We develop young men before football players. As usual, it’s time to work. We’ve got goals we’ve set. And we have to make sure we achieve them. “ said Verner.

While the Noles achieved the number one class in the country, we will grade and give a breakdown of the class by position and analyze the present and future of the position group.

The Seminoles were pretty much done with their recruiting class coming into Signing Day but still were able to lock in two more commitments for it's class.

                        SIGNING DAY COMMITMENTS

QB Antwaan Fortier 6’2” 203 Avondale, LA
OC Robert Samuel 6’6” 285 Ennis, TX

Antwaan Fortier is the only QB commit of the class and was a late steal. The Seminoles felt that they needed another QB added even though they will have Four returning Quarterbacks in the Spring. The Dual-Threat QB out of Louisiana selected Florida State over ULL, Kansas and Wyoming.

Robert Samuel is the Seminoles 7th Offensive Line commit of the class and it caps off an extremely impressive one. Samuel has the build to play in different spots on the OL. With such a massive haul on the line in this class, Samuel will possibly take a redshirt to develop. Samuel chose the Seminoles over New Mexico State and UNLV.

The Seminoles win yet another Class Battle as it finishes #1 in the country for the fourth time in five years.

                        2033 RECRUITING CLASS

OG Dartan Hill 6’7” 346 Homestead, FL

                        RECRUITING POSITION GRADES

                        Quarterback: C

QB Antwaan Fortier 6’2” 203 Avondale, LA

The Seminoles suddenly have a crowded Quarterback room. With the return of Redshirt Senior Clay Tillman and Junior Sha’Dar Walker the Seminoles have two veterans that have plenty of game experience under their belt. However, both Quarterbacks struggled mightly during the season. But even with their struggles, the Noles were able to win it’s 3rd National Title in 5 years. The now Redshirted Freshman, Terry Washington and Ko’Dallas Avery look to put their name in the hat to become QB1 for 2033.

With the uncertainty looming at the position, the Noles did nab a Quarterback out of the Boot (Louisiana) in Antwaan Fortier. The 6 foot 2 dual threat Quarterback is a raw athlete at the position but has a great upside. He isnt an instant impact guy at the position which is what the Seminoles were looking for with two Blue Chip Freshman coming off a redshirt this past year.

                        RUNNING BACK: A

RB Rohkan Fredrick 6’0” 220 Hollywood, FL
                        RB Kijon St.James 5’8” 215 Homestead, FL

The Seminoles lost their top rusher to the NFL Draft in Trey Wright this past season and also lost reserve contributor Jadai Slaughter to the transfer portal. However the Noles will return Sophomore Vontae Marshall. But the Noles did add some top notch talent at the position.

Rohkan Fredrick, the son of Noles Hall of Famer Charles Fredrick inked to the Seminoles. The Five-Star back reportedly is around 220 pounds already and is looking to contribute early. As a Senior , Frederick helped his team to a 6A State Title and amassed 2,863 yards rushing with 27 Touchdowns and also had 114 tackles on defense playing Linebacker.

Kijon St. James is the bruiser of the class and ironically the shortest member of the class. However, St. James reportedly is around 230 pounds as he’s a big ball of muscle. The Seminoles love his bruising running style and believes it will translate well with the Noles physical brand of football they have adopted with Offensive Coordinator Hayden Kiser.

                        WIDE RECEIVER: A+

                        WR D'Juan Davis 6’4” 220 Mobile, AL
WR Kyar Dotson 6’5” 202 Flower Mound, TX
WR Keonte King 6’4” 217 Miami, FL

The Seminoles undoubtedly signed the best Wide Receiver class in the country. Nabbing two Five-Star players in the country. One thing that the Seminoles have in their class at WR this year is size. D’Juan Davis is a do-it-all guy at 6’4” that makes tough catches look routine. Keonte King has a rare combination of size and speed similar to former Seminole Chris Brown who led the Seminoles in receiving last year before opting for the NFL Draft. Kyar Dotson caps off a star studded class by giving the Noles a powerful blocking presence on the outside and a guy who can make all of the tough catches over the middle. Dotson while athletic is an extremely tough and gritty competitor. The Noles love his fiery aspect of his game. The Noles hit a huge homerun with their receiving corps.

                        TIGHT END: A+

TE Gavin Houston 6’8” 225 Paramus, NJ

TE E.J. Ward 6’5” 240 Ft. Walton Beach, FL

The Seminoles were able to nab two Blue Chip Tight Ends in the class as they have transitioned to a more Pro Style type of Offense. However, Five-Star Gavin Houston is a bit of an enigma at the Tight End spot as he’s a do-it-all caliber player. Houston is a top 5 overall football prospect and was also the #1 Overall Basketball prospect in the country but has elected to pursue football as his main sport. However, he will also play basketball for the Seminoles as well albeit being on Football scholarship. Houston is an extremely athletic player who will be a mismatch for any opposing defense. Four-Star E.J Ward is more of the prototypical Tigh End who actually is a better reciever as well. The coaches love his upside and believe he can be a huge all around Tight End. He’s physical and has deceptive speed with very soft hands to boot. The Noles really improved this position this off-season.

                        OFFENSIVE LINE: A

OT Kyle Collier 6’6” 335 Frostproof, FL
                        C Luke Davis 6’6” 305 Amory, MS
OT Viking Harrell 6’9” 295 Augusta, GA
OG Erik Harvey 6’6” 355 Maitland, FL
OG Dartan Hill 6’7” 346 Homestead, FL
OG Tyler Pruitt 6’8” 356 Quincy, FL
OC Robert Samuel 6’6” 285 Ennis, TX

Size. Size. Size. Not only did the Noles improve the Offensive Line in Quantity, but they improved majorly in size. The Noles with this recruiting class have not only one of the largest Offensive Lines in College Football, but also one of the largest in ALL of Football. The Seminoles have made it a point of emphasis to get bigger and more physical up-front and the recruiting strategy seemed to match that thought process. With the loss of 3 starters from last years National Championship line-up, these young players have a chance to make an early impact at Florida State.

                        DEFENSIVE LINE: A-

DE Radavius Butler 6’3” 250 Jacksonville Beach, FL
DE Braylon Fields 6’7” 240 Oakland, CA
DT Prince Harris 6’4” 320 Memphis, TN
NT J.T. Jackson 6’3” 340 Ft. Pierce FL

The Seminoles last season had one of the most dominant fronts in all of College Football. And Head Coach Cameel Verner loves aggressive Defensive Lineman. The Seminoles added a few Blue Chip lineman to the Defensive Front that will help continue that trend. Braylon Fields is one of the more pass rushing dominant players in this class that has the size and ability to evolve to an interior rusher or stay at Edge. Prince Harris could be one of the more underrated players in this class as most experts believe he’s the best interior lineman in this class. The Noles were able to secure two formidable Edge players and two interior guys, both of which who can play one, three or zero technique on the interior.

                        LINEBACKER: A

LB Sanchez Donga 6’1” 225 Lauderdale Lakes, FL
LB Antonio Harris 6’4” 215 Mobile, AL
ATH Santana Goodman 6’7” 225 Ft. Walton Beach, FL

The Noles wanted more depth at Mike Linebacker and secured two Blue Chippers at that position. Donga, who is one of the more explosive linebacker prospects in recent memory can easily be a plug and play guy if not for a Lottery Pick First Rounder in David Grier returning for his Junior season. The Seminoles also were able to nab teammate of Five-Star WR D’Juan Davis, in Antonio Harris. Athlete Santana Goodman was recruited to play Linebacker for the Seminmoles at either Bandit or Spud(OLB). He’s extremely tall, long and rangy. The Seminoles filled needs at this position with incredible talent.

                        DEFENSIVE BACK: A+

CB Tedarius Brown 6’0” 205 Davie, FL
CB Chichejwa Nnwani 6’1” 200 Nashville, TN
                        S Kobi Saunders 6’2” 200 Lakeland, FL

The Seminoles secured three commitments from top Defensive Backs in the country at a position of dire need. The Seminoles lose the majority of it’s starting secondary this off-season and needed to replenish that position and they did so in a huge way. Tedarius Brown might be one of the best Athletes in the entire country. While Chi Chi Nnwani could be one of the top cover corners in the country. Kobi Saunders has the ability to play multiple spots in the secondary so his versatility is extremely welcomed. The Noles replenished it’s secondary in a major way from a talent perspective.

                        OVERALL: A

The Seminoles filled a ton of gaps from attrition by having an extremely strong recruiting class. An impressive haul from all positions of need. But the 7 Offensive Lineman is what the Seminoles needed in a major way after losing so many players this past off-season. The Seminoles landed six Five-Star prospects, three of which are top 10 players in the country. Total the Seminoles were able to get 9 players in the Top 100 of the recruiting class. The coaches have a lot of tools to work with this Spring and Summer to attempt to defend it’s National Championship title.

WHERE DID ALL THE FIVE-STARS GO?

Florida State was able to nab Six Five-Stars in the class, but where did the other Five-Stars in the class of 2033 go?

                        THREE PLAYERS TO WATCH

TE Gavin Houston 6’8” 225 Paramus, NJ
                        #4 Overall, # 1 TE

It's been mentioned already the accolades that Gavin Houston brings to the Seminoles. The #4 Overall Prospect in the 2033 class in Football, is also the #1 overall Prospect in Basketball. He brings a unique skillset of Height, Speed, Length and pure athletic ability to the Tight End position that is rarely seen. Houston can cause mismatches all over the field no matter who is assigned to him defensively. Dependent upon how Offensive Coordinator Hayden Kiser decides to use him ( the options are limitless), he can be an ultimate weapon and X factor for the Seminoles for years to come.

DT Prince Harris 6’4” 320 Memphis, TN
                        #32 Overall, #4 DT

Albeit being ranked the #32 overall player in this class, it will be hard pressed to find many Defensive Tackles better in this class. Harris checks all the boxes needed to be considered a dominant Defensive Lineman. Harris got into a bit of legal troubles his Senior season which hurt his stock a bit as he missed a lot of games his Senior year. But with all that behind him, the Seminoles got one heck of a talent out of Memphis. With the departure of the entire Seminoles Defensive Line, Harris has the opportunity to become a contributor in year one.

ATH Santana Goodman 6’7” 225 Ft. Walton Beach, FL
                        #80 overall, #5 ATH

Goodman is an athlete that the Seminoles covet and he has the ability to play so many positions. The Seminoles lost a lot defensively and with Goodman's ability to play so many different positions on the Defense, we expect him to be almost impossible to be kept off the field. He's a special athlete. His film tells the story.

                          MEET THE 2033 RECRUITING CLASS

The Seminoles finished with the #1 Recruiting Class in the country coming off a National Championship season. With the 2033 class in the books, we look to introduce the new Seminoles who will dress in Garnet and Gold next season.

Brown is an extremely athletic and versatile defender. Played numerous different positions in high school including Quarterback and Running Back. the coaches like him at all five defensive back spots. It's unsure exactly where he will be spending the majority of his time his Freshman year, but where ever he lines up on the defensive side of the ball in the secondary, he can be an immediate impact day one.

Butler is a solid edge defender that has the size wanted for a 3-3-5 defense. Butler's Senior season comprised of 16.5 sacks. One of the best pass rushers in the country pledged his services to the Seminoles. With a lot of Defensive Lineman lost this past off-season, Butler will look to vie for playing time in season one.

Collier is a big, physical lineman. The Noles wanted to get some depth at tackle, and Collier definitely helps. Big frame, long arms, and extremely athletic. The Noles absolutely love the upside of Collier.

The massive lineman out of Amory has a tremendous upside. Hes a versatile player that can play all 5 spots on the offensive line, as well as the interior on the defensive side. However, the Noles recruited him as a Center and coach Cameel Verner believes he has next level talent at that spot as well. The development of Davis will be one to watch over the years.

Donga is the Middle Linebacker that the entire country wanted. Fast, physical, big time hitter and extremely instinctive. His pledge to the Seminoles was a huge one as the Noles not only needed depth at the Mike position, they added the cream of the crop. While he may not be considered a starter in year one as most experts believe Junior LB David Grier will be a top 10 pick at the position, Donga sure will see the field a lot in year one.

Elite size, elite hands is what the scouting report says. Dotson was a big time get from Texas as the Noles secured the #1 WR class as they re-tool their receiving corps. The Noles lost a ton of playmakers at the position and recruiting Dotson was huge in making sure elite playmakers are on the perimeter.

Fields is an elite Defensive Lineman who can play both inside and outside. Florida State plans on moving him around and playing him all over the defensive line. Fields is a fierce pass rusher that has the burst and length to really disrupt any passing attack. The Noles really wanted to rebuild its Defensive Line who lost a lot of talent to the NFL. Fields was a homerun hit in every aspect.

Fortier was a late signing day addition. With the question marks going into the 2033 season, the Noles felt they needed to make a late push for a Quarterback. Fortier is a dangerous dual threat player that jumped on board when the Noles came calling. It's highly likely that Fortier will take a redshirt this season.

The son of former Seminole great Charles Fredrick and nephew of NFL Hall of Famer Ross Frederick, keeps the legacy alive with his commitment to Florida State. Fredrick just like his elders, is a dynamic playmaker. He posses an rare blend of speed and power. He can easily be an every down back in college with his skillset.

Davis has garnered comparisons to former Seminole and First Round pick Jamar Reid. Davis has elite size, elite ball skills and routinely makes difficult grabs look easy. The Noles wanted elite receivers this cycle and Davis is one of the three they were able to secure.

Goodman is a rare kind of athlete. At 6'7" he can do it all. Can play almost any position on the field. However, starting out at Florida State, he will primarily play on the defensive side of the ball. Outside Linebacker is where he will begin his career. Goodman is a sideline to sideline player with tons of range. The way FSU utilizes him will be something to keep an eye on.

Harrell will most certainly have one of the most unique names in College Football next season. Known for his huge frame, Viking was also a standout basketball player in High School as well. However, his next level talent will be on the football field at Florida State. Harrell will most certainly need to add more weight to his 6'9" frame in order to be a dominant force at the Power 5 level. But he is an extremely athletic Tackle that has the ability to be a force at the next level.

Harris, the teammate of Five-Star D'Juan Davis committed to the Seminoles first and really helped complete needed depth at Linebacker. Harris who is expected to play the Mike position, can also fill in if needed at other spots also. He's an extremely athletic and heady player and has the ability to really make an impact at FSU.

Harris while on cusp of being a Five-Star, was still considered vastly underrated. Most believe he's the best interior defensive lineman in this class. Harris has excellent burst and violent hands, and can be an every down lineman at the next level.

Harvey is a massive interior Offensive Lineman. Guard will where he begins his FSU career. The Noles wanted to get meaner up front and Harvey is a mauler. Needs work on pass pro, but is very stout in the run game. May need a year or two to get his technique down before becoming a key contributor. But his upside is limitless.

Hill continues the mass exodus of big mean physical interior lineman. The Noles clearly sent a message for years to come they want to be big and physical. Hill is another example of that. Teammate of FSU Signee Kijon St. James, Hill created holes all year long and hopes to continue to do the same thing at the next level. Hill has elite size and movement to go along with it. It's possible he could fight for early playing time as a Freshman. Hlll played Tackle in High School for the majority of his stint, but in college will transition to an interior lineman.

One of the more exciting players coming in this cycle is Two-Sport phenom Gavin Houston. Houston ranked the #2 overall basketball player in the country, opted to play Football at Florida State as he checks in as the #4 football player in the country. Houston who amassed over 60 basketball scholarships has freakish athletic ability. At 6 foot 8, he has a 44 inch vertical to go along with a 7 foot 5 wing span. It will be interesting to see how Houston will be utilized in Florida States offense.

With the Noles running an odd 3-3-5 front, it's always imperative to have a physical Nose Guard. J.T. Jackson fits that bill. Jackson is a physical run stuffer that is hard to move. He's physical up front and a big time competitor. With the returning depth at Nose, it's possible that Jackson will redshirt year one.

St. James is a very, very physical runner. His style of running makes sense why the Noles recruited him so hard to go along with the big physical lineman that were recruited this cycle too. The Seminoles sent a message in recruiting this cycle. They are getting ready to play a physical brand of football. And St. James is the physical runner that fits that idea perfectly.

"Chi Chi" Nwani is the cover corner that compliments the athletic freak that Tedarius Brown is. Nwani might be the best pure cover corner in this class, even though he might not have the staggering athletic test results one would want in and 'Island defender'. However, Nwani posses great ball skills and does not panic when the ball is in the air. His technique is elite and fits in perfectly to what the Noles want to do defensively.

King is a big time South Florida receiver that completes a star studded receiving class. King has all the tools needed to be the best receiver on the field at any given time. Elite size, speed and ball skills. His blocking also is one part of his game that scouts love.

The man known as the "Man Child" is obviously the largest recruit for the Noles this cycle. Pruitt who was born at 19 pounds 6 ounces is an extremely large human being. However, his size isn't the only thing elite. He's a mauling run blocker who finishes his blocks with intent. He has a mean streak that Cameel Verner loves. Pruitt has the ability to play a lot in year one, however it could benefit him to lose a few pounds to be in every down game shape. But that shouldn't be much of an issue, as Pruitt has a proven work ethic that caught the attention of the staff. Pruitt as a huge pickup, literally and figuratively.

The "Utility Knife Defensive Back" can do it all. Play corner, safety, nickel, you name it. Saunders is an athletic monster. In the Noles 3-3-5 scheme, Saunders viably could play all 5 defensive back spots. He's a plug and play type of player. It's unsure where Saunders will primarily line up to start off his career, but it's safe to say he will see a lot of the field in year one.

Ward is a Tight End that compliments the signing of Gavin Houston. Ward may not be the athletic king that Houston is, but Ward can get things done. He's a prototypical prostyle Tight End that fits in the Seminoles new look scheme. He's a great blocker and has extremely soft hands.

The final signee of the 2033 class was Center Robert Samuel. Another large body offensive lineman that may take a year or two to develop into his collegiate frame. Samuel inked with the Seminoles on signing day. His updside is through the roof as he has a lot of good qualities to work with.

                            NFL DRAFT

The NFL Combine is here with the NFL Draft looming. The Seminoles have several prospects who are looking to play at the next level. We take a look at these Seminoles Combine/Pro Day results as the NFL Draft nears.

                            RB Trey Wright 5'11" 209 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.42
                            Vertical:36"
                            Bench Press: 20 reps

Overall Impression: Wright was a 1 year started who waited 3 years for his opportunity to shine at Florida State. And his Junior season was a productive one as he was the Semioles leading rusher. He rushed for 1,197 yards (4.9 per carry) with 8 touchdowns. 4.42 forty is a very good time for him as it backs up the speed he shows on tape.

WR Chris Brown 6'4" 222 - Redshirt Sophomore

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.35
                            Vertical: 41"
                            Bench Press: 15

Overall Impression: Brown definitely increased his draft stock. Posting a 4.35 at his size to go along with a 41" inch vertical has scouts drooling. Brown was Florida State's leading WR in his lone year as a starter with 47 catches 1,011 yards and 10 touchdowns. Brown has all the tools to be a #1 receiver in the NFL.

WR Sytavious "Pit" Graham 5'6" 202 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.20
                            Vertical: 42"
                            Bench Press: 18 reps

Overall Impression: Coming in, everyone knew the tape didn't lie. Graham was the fastest person on the field every week. But the biggest question mark was exactly 'HOW' fast. Graham stole the Combine running the fast 40 time ever in a 4.20 forty. The two time track and field champion at Florida State raised a ton of eyebrows with his eye popping athletic ability. The only question scouts have left is, what will Graham's exact position in the NFL be. His height is a legitamate concern, to play WR. He has the build to play running back, but has limited experience at that position. Special Teams for sure will be his first responsibility at the next level.

                            WR Orbit Jackson 6'0" 190 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.37
                            Vertical: 34"
                            Bench Press: 14 reps

Overall Impression: The former High School and FSU trackstar also had a stellar career at Florida State playing all 3 seasons with the Seminoles. Last season as a Junior , he was second on the team in yards with 37 catches for 814 yards and 5 TDs. He has a ton of speed to offer at the next level and is an immense talent.

                            OG Anthony Branch 6'5" 347 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 5.32
                            Vertical: 27"
                            Bench Press: 28 reps

Overall Impression: Branch was a two year starter for the Seminoles at Guard. He has elite next level size that scouts are impressed with.

                            NT David McNiel-Days 6'5" 340 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 5.1
                            Vertical: 26"
                            Bench Press: 32 reps

Overall Impression: McNeil-Days had an underwhelming FSU career given the hype he had coming in. However, McNeil-Days did his job within the system. He made it hard for opposing offenses to consistently run and applied just enough pressure on Quarterbacks from time to time. While his combine numbers aren't impressive, his film should give him a shot at the next level.

                            TE David Davis - 6'5" 250 - Senior(Pro Day)

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 4.83
                            Vertical: 34"
                            Bench Press: 23 inches

Overall Impression: Davis had the tools to be a very productive player, and his Freshman year he showed flashes. However, Davis had trouble off the field at times that possibly stunted his progression a bit.

DE Robert Tate - 6'4" 286- Redshirt Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.68
                            Vertical: 33.5"
                            Bench Press: 29 reps

Overall Impression: Tate was a highly touted Four Star recruit out of High School and did not have the best overall career in college. However, he exploded his Redshirt Junior year. Tate led the country in sacks and also set a new Single Season sack record at Florida State with 20, and also added 36 tackles for loss. Tate completely changed how Offenses operated, and blocked with his consistent pressure off the edge. His 4th year tape completely increased his stock. Tate has elite size for a Defensive End, but also decent enough size to play inside some as well.

                            C Cole Chinndell- 6'4" 313 - Senior(Pro Day)

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:5.24
                            Vertical: 24 inches
                            Bench Press: 32 reps

Overall Impression: Chinndell was a solid starter for the Seminoles, but never dominated at his position. Chinndell has signed a contract to play in the AFL Professional Spring league with the Birmingham Crusaders.

                            T Bob Martin - 6'8" 334 - Senior
                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 4.92
                            Vertical: 31"
                            Bench Press: 33 reps

Overall Impression: Martin was a solid lineman for the Seminoles before season ending shoulder injury. Scouts love Martin's length, light feet and technique. His biggest concern now is, will that injured shoulder hold up in the long run.

                            DE/LB George Phillips 6'6" 272 - Redshirt Sophomore

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.41
                            Vertical: 41"
                            Bench Press: 32 reps

Overall Impression: Phillips is an absolute freak of nature. He has elite size for a Defensive End, but like at FSU, has the athletic ability to play Outside Linebacker. Posting a blazing 4.41 forty at 272 pounds set the combine on fire. Phillips recorded 17.5 sacks last season in his only year as a starter, and was 3rd on the team with 64 tackles.

                            T Derique Smith - 6'7" 341 - Senior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.85
                            Vertical: 32.5"
                            Bench Press: 34 inches

Overall Impression: Smtih had a very solid career at Florida State. For an offensive line that was plagued with injuries, Smith filled in at every position on the offensive line except Center. Smith can play either Right Tackle or Guard at the next level.

                            CB Jerrell Horn - 6'1" 200 - Senior(Pro Day)

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 4.45
                            Vertical: 35"
                            Bench Press: 22 reps

Overall Impression: Horn started two games in his four year career with the Seminoles. He signed an AFL Professional Spring League contract with the Shreveport Roughriders.

                            S Luron Dixon 6'1" 205 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.29
                            Vertical: 42 inches
                            Bench Press: 24 reps

Overall Impression: Everyone knows the production Dixon had as a two year starter for the Seminoles at Safety. Dixon led the team in tackles with 131 as a Sophomore with 4 interceptions and 3 defensive touchdowns. And 137 tackles this past season as a Junior, with 3 interceptions and two defensive touchdowns. Dixon is an absolute defensive menace. He never takes plays off, makes plays all over the field consistently and is just an absolute athletic demon. Scouts absolutely love this kid, he has All Pro written all over him.

                            CB Bihadda Maddox - 5'9" 180 - Senior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time:4.39
                            Vertical: 36"
                            Bench Press: 14 reps

Overall Impression: Maddox has a solid career playing all over the secondary defensively for the Seminoles. 53 games as a starter, Maddox carries plenty of experience to the next level. In a perfect system, he would be a solid nickel corner at the next level.

                            S Colton Hathaway 6'2" 203 - Redshirt Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 4.42
                            Vertical: 33 inches
                            Bench Press: 19 reps

Overall Impression: Hathaway had a very unproductive beginning of his career to Florida State. And before the season opener, he was pegged to be second on the depth chart at safety behind Sophomore Blake Boyson. But with a suspension to Boyson before the first game of the season, Hathaway was named starter and took full advantage of the opportunity and had a stellar campaign. 42 tackles as a senior with 3 interceptions and 3 total defensive touchdowns and including a blocked Field Goal on the year. Hathaway earned himself a ticket to the combine. And produce solid numbers that have scouts giving him a further look.

                            CB Ja'Carius Kidd 6'2" 217 - Junior

                            High School Profile

                            40 Time: 4.38
                            Vertical: 37 inches
                            Bench Press: 20 reps

Overall Impression: The reigning Heisman Trophy is the younger brother of current All Pro WR Aldarius Kidd who also has a Heisman Trophy under his belt. It's safe to safe this family has football in its genes. Kidd has elite size, elite cover skills and ball skills to boot. Kidd set a school record this season with 13 interceptions returning 6 of them for touchdowns. He is also a two time Thorpe award winner. It's highly likely Kidd will be a top 5 pick in this upcoming draft.

                              [B]TE/DE Terrence Manson 6'5" 265- Redshirt Junior
