Started a second dynasty, began as OC at Old Dominion. 3-1 thus far, that loss being a nail biter 28-27 to Maryland. Every game has felt challenging thus far, I like that a lot. I think this could be a dynasty I play for a long time.

I think there are two routes that get you into the upper echelons of coaching. Either be a coordinator at a big school (five to six stars) at some point, or build a school up as the HC. I think you are most likely to get hired by schools with like star ratings. I might argue the quickest way is to be a coordinator at a big school, because you can leap to three/four star schools more quickly than building a school up.

For example: Coming from 6 star Texas as their OC, my best HC job offer was three star UCF. After one season I built them to a four star, and four star Stanford offered me a job. Within two seasons there, Stanford was back to a six star, and Texas offered when Brown retired.

Ok thanks. Iowa State has a great senior class the year I'm in so I'll stick around have a good first season, rebuild 2nd season, 3rd season try to have another good one, and then probably hit the market once again.

Just won 66-38 with Kent St. over Old Dominion. I'm doing a relegation dynasty and using my WingOption playbook. I dominated the run game running the ball 70 times for 758 yards. Dri Archer ran for 352 yards and 8 20+ yard runs. Trayion Durham is a beast and for for 248 yards. Archer is so fast that if he gets the ball outside he is gone and Durham can truck anybody. I couldn't run with my QB or FB or backup HB's but who need too when you have these guys. I didn't have to throw the ball once and that will be a weekly goal for me. If you're looking for a tough team to beat it is Kent State. They have 2 unstoppable running backs and they run a 4-2-5 which is very difficult to move the ball on in this game.

Just played my second game vs BGSU and won 75-31. Ran the ball 75 times for 818 yards and 10 touchdowns. I technically threw the ball once because I ran a triple option and pitched the ball in front of me but whatever. Durham had 169 yards and Archer had 362 yards including 7 runs of 20+. My QB Colin Reardon ran for 111 yards and 2 TDs and my other players started to get some good runs. This was really surprising because BGSU has a really good D. Might up the difficulty to Heisman but I don't like using that with a triple option offense. Anyway my next game is vs. Indiana an Elite team in my relegation system. So far it seems to be working as Fresno State is the only team not in the Elite tier to be ranked or receiving votes. By the way Dri Archer had his Heisman campaign launched and is 5th in the Heisman watch.

Might up the difficulty to Heisman

If you are running the ball for over 800 yards a game then yes, you need to up your difficulty.

I've tried it before and I still run for 600 or 700 yards a game. I don't play on Heisman because my defense never makes stops and when I use a triple option offense on it my QB becomes a ******* and just pitches the ball all over and have 5 or 6 fumbles a game. But the main reason I'm running for so many yards is because I haven't thrown the ball once(well technically I did but it was just a forward pitch.) My goal with the option is to never throw the ball.

Is this a glitch? When I go too choose my coaches alma matar Penn State is not there. It's just completely not on the list. It was there before because I have made previous coaches but now for so e reason Penn State is missing from the list of schools.

Somewhere in the offseason(think it's the last stage) it will say custom conferences. Take your team and move them to the Pac-12. It's simple.

Taking on Bowling Green and man.....getting beat. Every game has been a struggle.....and I am loving it.

I am really enjoying getting to know this 2 star program from Ohio. I have no clue about the MAC, no clue about their roster..... I have always played as the Hurricanes for as long as I can remember. I did a Marshall dynasty back on 11 and loved it. So I wanted to try out a weaker school in the mid west. Recruiting is tough sledding too!!!

Using Matt's sliders and it is a big time challenge.

Won the Big Ten title in overtime against a #3 ranked Ohio State team with Nebraska, then beat UCLA in the Rose Bowl in a grudge match after they beat me earlier in the year.

Now I'm in Year 2, Ameer Abdullah is the preseason favorite for the Heisman, and I have a QB Controversy between Tommy Armstrong Jr. and Johnny Stanton.

OH MY GOD!!! I'm going to kill everyone. Mariota came back for his senior year and is 99 ovr with 96 speed, 99 awareness, 95 throw power, 89 accuracy, 96 elusiveness, 99 stamina and injury. He is never coming off the field and will be unstoppable. Oh by the way does anybody know how to delete a coach. Because my thing with Larry Coker that I used to start won't go away and it's bugging me.
