Racing games you just hold the controller like the classic controllers and tilt. Not all are so interactive as the Wii Sports and other party games.
And even on Wii sports you don't have to use a whole lot of energy unless your boxing. Bowling, baseball, and tennis I sit down and play, golf and boxing are the only games I actually get out of a chair to play.

I think that's a common misconception about Wii games. People see some of those commercials and think that they have to be up and active for every game, which isn't true. Sure, Wii Sports has you up for most of it. But most other games that have been released can be controlled while sitting down. I've played anything from Madden, Zelda, Super Monkey Ball to Call of Duty 3 or Excite Truck, and not once do I have to get up from my seat to be able to enjoy the game. You may want to get up when you play Madden (there's nothing like throwing a big hit at someone), but it's not necessary. Simple movements are all that's needed.

For anyone interested. I still have the set of Psyclone component cables. Long story short- I bought a second set to make sure my set wasn't the reason I was getting bad video. I got the same thing with new cables. Sent the Wii in and got a new system. All is fine as it was a problem with console. So I have a second set if interested. 20.00 + whatever shipping is.

        IM me if interested

I wonder if we are going to see a basketball game on the Wii sometime? I wonder what kind of motions they could use for that? I think it could be great to dribble with the remote with one had, then cross over and dribble with nunchuck in the other hand. It could also lead to shooting with either hand. You could make jabbing motions for passes as well. I hope there is a studio working on some of this stuff by next season.

I think EA is working on an NBA Live game, but I'm not positive.

Imagine how difficult the motion with the Wii Remote will be to do Live's special "shoot through the backboard" move...

If anybody is still looking for a Wii, check your local K-Mart today and Sunday. Our store got three in today and we're holding two until Sunday(I'm buying the other lol).

I know three doesn't sound like many(and our K-Mart is the smallest in the district, so other stores maybe getting more), but K-Mart has gotten so few Wiis in that I think most people have given up on them getting any in, so it maybe worth a shot.

I'm looking forward to getting my hands on one tonight...

The controller works fine for Metal Slug, if you use the side controller, it's perfect.
