Just removed my credit card from my account.

How can I delete my credit card? I tried and it said that it is on the current live membership therefore I cannot delete.

Wait for my account to be given back to me. I've been trying to recover it for about 2 hours now and still not done. At least then I *should* be able to access my stuff on my hdd. But game saves are dead.

Really? After I recovered my gamertag everything was intact other than the fact that the spineless, yellow-bellied **** sucking piece of **** that hacked my account stole the Microsoft points I had in my account.

Really? After I recovered my gamertag everything was intact other than the fact that the spineless, yellow-bellied **** sucking piece of **** that hacked my account stole the Microsoft points I had in my account.

I started an investigation. A) I want my points back. B) I want the hacking douchebag caught and prosecuted. And C) I caught I while it was literally happening. I saw myself earning achievements and points sipping out of my acct.

You have to file a police report and go down that path if you want to prosecute. Intruder information would probably require a subpoena.

For the record, does this hack that people are using have any correlation with my own playing of FIFA 12? Because I haven't played a FIFA game since the 09 edition, if that makes any difference.

Removed my card as well. Definitely a little freaked out by how many people on this site alone are getting hacked. Not sure if I should just change passwords and emails on my Live account as well.

Nope. I haven't played FIFA since the World Cup. Just have to have an account at EASports.com.

eeeeekkk. This is just as bad as the Sony/PSN issues back in the Spring because I am seeing a lot of people on other forums affected. I just made sure I didn't have my CC on account, good thing it has expired. I don't think I'm keeping anymore CC information and just going with cards from the store. This is just way too much with the lengths that people are going to mess with accounts.

Only one. Affects the gamer tag. I had 4000 points on my account that was being taken.

I would say this is worse than the ps3 one only because people are losing money here and the ps3 hack was just PSN being dead.

Very irresponsible of EA not to fix this exploit. Can MSFT do anything about the exploit or is it all on EA? I still do not get the full gist of the exploit and also had heard some of it had to do with the Ultimate Team feature. This is concerning too because I did play the latest FIFA on the PS3 and these dudes can possibly find a way to hack there too. Just overall bad that people are losing hard earned money due to these jokers trying to steal from others.

This is like calling a car bomb another Hiroshima, if MS was breached the same was Sony was we'd know about it by now. The financial liability is massive and there are rules for disclosing risks and stuff to the SEC and other things like notifying affected customers that has to happen.

I noticed that I had 85 gamer points from FIFA and I have never played FIFA. So I agree that FIFA is why it is happening.
