Can't imagine you guys who are married. My Girlfriend doesn't want me to get either console.

Separate accounts my friend. We have a general house/bills account and separate accounts for everything else. It makes life easier. She doesnt get mad at me for spending 400-500 bucks on a console. I dont get made at her for spending hundreds on a bag or shoes or whatever else she may want.

This is what I do. That being said, I will not be out of the woods if I get both consoles. She knows how much they cost and I'll get the ole "so you bought $1000 of video games when we need to do (insert home improvement)? You can be so selfish sometimes."

She will get over it. Or I will tell her I won one of them in an online giveaway or something, lol.

I understand that. Thats another reason why I wont push buying both at the same time. Also, I know I wont have time to play both consoles and there arent enough good games between them to warrant buying both at this time.

I can help but think that a small amount of very loud, whiny Children did this.

I think the possibilities of sharing games without discs, selling digital rights, etc, was kinda cool.

Glad we don't have to online check every 24 though.

I still really want to get State of Decay but don't want to upgrade and then find out i have to keep my 360 in order to play it.

I am honestly not sure about that, I do know that the PS4 is gonna let you DL older PS console titles. Not sure I've read anything about DLing 360 titles on the One.

I may be wrong but I think he was talking about the masses in general and not any specific posters on OS.

Even though the author of this article admits that he isnt defending and has called the policies "dumb", I think it was a decent satire.

But as usual, all of those points in this mock post has a counter argument that naturally goes ignored for the sake of a fantasy utopian future of gaming (that for some reason is unattainable without 24 hour reporting to xbox and physical disks).

I got the impression from her that she really likes video games.
