This is a good example why I don't use my "tag". Steam Id is much more accurate.

      I'm OnePunchDoug™ on Steam.

Still haven't decided what to pick up on the steam sale. Picked up some Cities Skylines DLC but that's about it so far.

I'm surely grabbing The Witcher 3 and thinking of adding Mad Max to the cart also.

I had the Witcher 3 but was using family sharing for the DLC so I finally picked that up for myself. I loved those expansions and that game so darn much and don't want to rely on the share being available for my playthrough.

I have Mad Max in my library from a Humble Monthly but it's still on my backlog. Was thinking of grabbing either Hollow Knight or Dead Cells for a platformer but haven't decided which yet.

I highly recommend the mods Friendly HUD and Immersive Cam for The Witcher 3.

Only having HUD elements turn on or a hotkey when you need them, and a closer camera just for exploration is amazing. You see so much more detail and the sense of scale is fantastic compared to the vanilla camera. There's presets, but you can customize to your liking.

This is what mine looks like.

            Other mods I'm using

Also, I enjoyed Mad Max. It can be a bit repetitive and grindy, but not so much in a tedious way and actually somewhat satisfying. It looks great (best skyboxes?) and is one of the most optimized PC games around. Combat is fun; very Arkham, but with more weight and more brutal. There's vehicular combat and just roaming around the world in your Magnum Opus is a good time.

Anyone play Ark? I couldn't find a thread (on Tapatalk). Pretty good discount right now especially considering the upcoming price increase when it officially launches.

For any of you guys that played and enjoyed Resogun on PS4, check out Nex Machina. Very similar style and game mechanics. Was developed by the same company that made Resogun.

20% on Steam right now. Also available on PS4

Nex Machina is an intense arcade style twin-stick shooter from Housemarque. Taking hints from both Robotron and Smash TV, Nex Machina focuses on pure action, voxel destruction and competition in the distant, cablepunk themed future.

Has anyone played a game called satellite reign on steam and had some weird FPS issues? I have a laptop that can run Total War Attila fairly well and can't figure out why this title has such a tough time. Suggestions?
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

Does anyone have carpal tunnel issues from gaming on the PC? Since we use our wrist for mouse and our keyboard hand is normally in a weird position, I'm guessing we are more susceptible to carpal tunnel type issues.

I've been getting the worst carpal tunnel pain in my left keyboard hand. My right mouse hand feels completely fine, but my left is facing some problems. My 4 fingers will get this burning sensation, then a pins and needle tingling will happen, and right where the wrist connects to the hand, on-top the wrist its super painful.

I've been doing some simple stretch, rotating the hands, opening and closing digits, etc to attempt some type of relief. I've also backed off the gaming sessions pretty hard, but it just doesn't seem to be going away.

Now its getting to the point that sleeping is uncomfortable since one of my hands is normally underneath a pillow or me.

If anyone has any tips or ideas on how to help treat this, let me know.
I've been heavy into Overwatch and developed some soreness in both wrists and my left ring finger. I've taken some time off and the pain has subsided for the most part. The only wrist rest that I have is the one on my Corsair Strafe keyboard. It's not much. I probably need to try to get something better.

Poor optimization and multiple developers on the Steam forums pretty much blamed Unity's lack of good CPU multi-threading support. They mentioned to try turning down civilian population. I would get a refund if you're not happy with the performance.

Not exactly alike, but for a cyberpunk alternative check out Shadowrun: Dragonfall or Shadowrun: Hong Kong.
