intrigues me, but I was hoping for some resolution or something more catastrophic than what occurred in Part-6.

    Thoughts?

I will be getting Forever Evil though and a lot of the .1 villian issues so I guess DC wins because I am interested in following the story, just expected more.

Also...Batman Black and White looks freaking amazing. Really exited for that.
That WAS the resolution though you're right it does bleed into the Forever Evil event.

A couple things did annoy me a bit with Trinity War

    1. The subplot with The Atom....Sheesh....The less said the better.

    2. Superman's issue wasn't quite resolved but the diagnosis of said problem was a major letdown.

    3.
    Spoiler

Hopefully the Forever Evil event is more tightly scripted and has a better resolution.

I was really disappointed with the story as a whole. The final issue didn't do much for me. I'm intrigued by Forever Evil but I might just skip after finishing Trinity War.
Hate when story arcs aren't finished within the same book.

I just finished reading the first issue of The Star Wars...Wow, just going by the first issue alone, Lucas had a far different tone and feel to his Star Wars idea. It kind of reminds me a bit of the prequels so i'm glad we got the classic films as they were.

              It's definitely an interesting read.

I also read issue 3 of Satellite Sam....Yeah, I think i'll stop reading this. The story is starting to pick up a bit (at least the main plot) but I'm just not feeling it. Also that scene in the bedroom was a bit on the unnecessarily tawdry side.

I will say though, Chaykin sure knows how to draw women!

Bizarro was disapointing. Forever Evil was good.
I also got a free comic called Rebel Angels. (1st issue is free.) I really like the art style but have yet to read the story.

Goin to pick a bunch of pt1's tomorrow. I also highly recommend Wolverine Max #10. Was a great issue with good flashback scenes/writing and overall artwork was great.

                      Shake up on Batwoman:

In a posting to JH Williams III’s website late Wednesday night, the acclaimed artist and his Batwoman co-writer W. Haden Blackman announced that due to what they described as a preponderance of “eleventh-hour changes” to stories that had been planned a year or more in advance, they’re walking off the book. Among the grievances alleged by Williams and Blackman was publisher DC Comics’ refusal to allow principal characters Batwoman (aka Kate Kane) and her fiancé Maggie Sawyer to get married.

Well ****. I wonder where JH III goes now. Also the marriage thing is a general DC Anti marriage stance. They've undid all the marriages they've had recently. And JH III/Gail Simone confirmed as much.

This sucks I liked what he does in Batwoman.

Agreed, though it does sound like the implication was DC gave the greenlight to the Kate Kane/Maggie Sawyer marriage and then pulled the rug out from under them. I really like what JH Williams has done with Batwoman especially visually as it's one of the most visually creative books out there.

I bet he goes and does a creator owned book unless he has a DC exclusive contract than hm I dunno.

Just read the first issue of Forever Evil late last night. Very strong start to the storyline. I feel like DC's done something similar in the past but on a much smaller scale (Villains United 2005) but this is much more grand in scope and it looks like it's going to leave a mark in the DCU afterwards.

It looks to me like Luthor might play a role in this and

Love the last scene in the issue though what with the Superman catchphrase and all. I'm just hoping this event has some measure of closure and doesn't end open ended like Trinity War did.

Was very pleased with forever evil #1 and loved that DC did not have any ads until the book was over.

I found it funny and ironic that Lex Luthor needs/wants Superman now.

Also, wanted to add that some the 3d villain month covers have been amazing.
