KickAss - Awesome movie. I want to see it again, but 10 bucks per ticket is a bit much for me. Pickin up the blu-ray on day one, though. So awesome. Hit Girl and Nick Cage were awesome.

Just saw Zombieland and it was hilarious. Especially with Tallahassee trying to get the Twinkies. I give it 8/10, I didn't really like the ending much because it wasn't as funny as the whole movie was.

Great impressions man, def agree with everything you wrote there. If i had to describe O & R in one word it would be "uncomfortable".

I watched Orphan today for the first time since seeing it at the theater. I still enjoyed it. Esther is really creepy and the kid playing her did a great job.

this was a problem for me too. Sometimes these movies come out with so much potential but it forgets what it is in places. It changed a lot throughout the movie, which isn't necessarily bad, but it in this case it led me to wonder how it would have been sticking more with certain directions.

Bill Murray is so awesome though all the time. My fav comedy is King Pin. He is just too good. He would be at my celebrity dinner table for sure.

Broken Flowers is another good BM movie.

Thought it was pretty average. In fact, I put at about a notch above Club Dread which was the worst BL film for me. Waiting was a much funnier restaurant themed comedy imo.

                    The Blind Side, liked it.

Right. Comparing Let The Right One In to Twilight is like comparing Near Dark to Once Bitten. It may have a similar plot but it's an entirely different film with a mood all its own.

Controversial comparisons aside, the film finds a way to be brooding and touching at the same time. Amazing acting (even from the child actors!), directing, cinematography, editing, score...this film is probably the best horror/drama hybrid of the last decade. Check it out, but please, don't go anywhere near the English dub. The studio releasing it is small, so apparently they hired a bunch of anime dubbers and the result is horrid (no pun intended).

The worst thing about the film is its impending American sequel, which apparently will be directed by Matt Reeves of Cloverfield fame. Ouch.
I watched this last night and I thought it was pretty good. It was a bit slow at times but, I guess all the scenes where pertinent in the end. My girlfriend didn't really care for it at all but, I honestly think that she doesn't like any foreign films or any files with a substantial amount of subtitles (she didn't like Old Boy or Inglorious Bastards either).

                              Daybreakers- 8.0

The movie was rather interesting, from the previews and commericals i expected it to be more akin to Blade or something along the lines of brutal vampires, yet it was completey in the opposite direction.

It was more calm than anything. The story in itself was rather interesting, would of loved more back story and revelation into how everyone became a vampire and why most did it.

Heres on thing that bothers me though:
