From Paris with Love- Didnt like it at all. I get that its basically mindless action, and maybe some of my problem was from watching it when I was dog tired, but I couldnt even get into the mindless action of the movie. I also dislike John Travolta as well so that didnt help either.

Just finished "Changeling" and "Milk". I thought both were solid - not insanely good, won't warrant a second viewing, but fair films.

I watched Taken over the weekend, pretty good movie. Had your over the top action like most action movies and I knew how it would end, but I enjoyed it.

Milk was a good movie, ending was sad though. Have never liked Sean Penn though.

Iron Man 2. It was ok. Nothing great, but I don't regret seeing it either.

Speaking of Sean Penn, who to me is one of the greatest actors of all time - has anyone else seen Oliver Stone's "U-Turn" ? it's not for everyone, but I think it's a great movie. It's got Billy-bob, Penn, Nick Nolte, and Joaquim Phoenix, Powers Boothe, John Voight and Jennifer Lopez (only good performance I've seen from her)

from 1997. It's just a smidge over 2 hours and the pacing I think is right, but it definitely takes its time.

Had an opportunity to see a pre-screening for Get Him to the Greek tonight, but I gave blood earlier today and am simply not in the mood right now to even get up out of bed right now.

Almost Heroes- 1998. Comedy with Chris Farley and Matthew Perry. I thought it was hilarious and was very good. I enjoyed it, but was then sad because it was one of Chris Farley's last movies and was released posthumously.
