    Catfish
Pretty neat. I knew it wasn't a horror movie already. If it IS real...it's hard to imagine what seemed like a normal person being so terrible and the main guy being so nice about it.

    Piranha (3D...in 2D)
Good fun. Normally I'd skip a remake but heard it wasn't bad from trusted sources.

      Unthinkable

Watched this from two users on this site recommending it. In accordance with the plot I found the flick to be pretty uneventful. I didn't truly find any intensity until the last half hour of the film, and even then it led up to an "all-for-naught" kind of ending. I guess I wasn't that impressed, and when I saw the credits I kind of wanted my 95 minutes back.

I did want to look up the IMDb discussions about the film though to see why people might have positively reacted to it. I also found out there is a different ending out there somewhere (I think a few more seconds extended, but with a drastic effect on the overall outlook of the movie). The concept pulled me in, but I was sitting there wondering "What will the writer have up their sleeve for the finale?" I guess I should have just remembered the movie's title and dropped that notion immediately, but not for reasons you may think.

I guess I was a little sour-mouthed afterward, but there were a couple of tense moments indeed like the members said. I won't be recommending it to others though.

I'm not trying to give him more credit for his acting job, but there's no reason anyone should be harking on it. There's honestly not much to Bruce Wayne.
He didn't do anything worth mentioning in The Dark Knight, which is why his performance isn't talked about. Also, you wouldn't know what else there is to Bruce Wayne since your only knowledge of the character comes from what Nolan has filmed.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

True. All I'm saying is Bale's performance is "stale" because he wasn't asked to do more. If he was, he would have. You can see what kind of emotions he can pour out on screen with his acting ability. It's not like he suddenly shriveled up into a bare-bones kind of actor for this movie. He was playing Nolan's recreation of Bruce Wayne to a tee.

I liked what Bale was able to do with a very limited character range. I enjoyed watching him shift from Bruce Wayne to Batman to the Pat Bateman playboy. There were nice little touches of character that were pulled from the comics. I hope Nolan can examine those multiple personalities and write a much more complex role for Wayne in the next movie.

I actually liked this movie quite a bit. Saw it on HBO and was confused as to what it was about so I stuck with it and was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty enjoyable to me.

Yeah, I thought the movie was intense towards the end but, that was about it. It kind of reminded me of an episode of 24 except not nearly as good. Plus, Carrie-Anne Moss's character was the worst. If I were in that movie I would punch her in the face.

Yeah i didn't hate it or anything (I'm a huge JGL fan) but it's just not the sort of movie (for me anyway) that i could see myself watching more than once. I know plenty of others really like it. Maybe i my expectations were a bit high because Dayman and other had been raving about it in the past.

I'd be one of those others. Probably my favorite 'romantic' movie of all-time. Granted, it's one of the few that I have ever liked, but this is probably the best one.

                      King's Speech

Thought it would be one of those slow "Oscar" type movies, but I was pleasantly surprised. Fully engaged the entire film. One of the best of the 2010 movie year.

Death Race 2. Actually pretty good for a direct to DVD/blu release. Gives you story behind the inception of Death Race (with Jason Statham) and the original Frankenstein. Fell in line with the 2008 movie and brought back some of the "old" characters. It's a fun ride (no pun intended)

Went to the dollar theater last night to see Due Date. I thought it had it`s moments. For a dollar for a a movie ticket it`s hard to complain. I think that Zach Galifianakis is hilarious in just about anything he does. Downey Jr. was great in his role.

                            The Bounty Hunter

Nothing wrong with a "no strings attached" innocent romantic comedy to tide me over for the morning. Can't hate it but no reason to love it either. Expecting nothing from it, at least I wasn't completely bored to tears. Gerard Butler was the selling point for me. It overall had a few too many subplots without any sort of deliverance that pushed it well over the "meh" edge, but if anyone expected an Oscar-worthy screenplay from this anyway they might as well see something else.

Black Swan - I don't know where to start so I'll just keep it simple and say its the best movie I've seen from 2010.

The Fighter Very good movie with solid performances throughout. No major complaints, but this just didn't grab me like other underdog stories.

Just like the Ali movie where it felt like I'm watching Will Smith be Ali, same here with Wahlberg.
