For some reason, I can't stand Leno. His jokes are corny as hell, his monologue blows, I hate "Jaywalking," and Kevin Eubanks is freakin annoying. His only funny thing is "Headlines" and he just reads the newspaper clippings.
Conan is edgy, original, and tailors perfectly to the 18-35 male demographic...every TV exec's wet dream. Some of his bits are incredibly stupid, but he tries outlandish things and some stuff sticks and ends up being hilarious. However, I do think he's fallen off since he took "The Tonight Show" gig as NBC has tried to steer him more towards the traditional Tonight Show audience.Comment

That's sort of the problem with Conan, males 18-35 aren't the people watching the Tonight show usually.
