I just think that most rap is mindless and made for the masses like pop music, Britney Spears and NSync = 50 Cent and Eminem to me.

Well, if you are listening to only mainstream music, of course that is going to be the case. The exact same thing can be said for every genre, not just rap.

Rebellion-against the establishment, white people, "house nig***". Many times the lyrics degrade women, and the music is not socially healthy.

There are many other risque country artists with controversial material.

And how is saying there isn't one rap artist who "hasn't rapped about hoes, guns or drugs" any different than saying "there isn't any rock band who hasn't sang about chicks, alcohol or violence"?
