I like that pic alot luvmist. The lighting and everything. And to think that game has another 7 months in development. What game do you think that is?

Next gen is going to be a beauty. GRAW, Resident Evil, Gears of War, UT2007, MGS4, SOCOM4, hot damn and with all the features these consoles have, I'm going to have to work hella hard to keep from going back to my gaming addiction. I've been sober for 6 months

That's The Getaway. I'm not bashing here, but that pic doesn't do anything for me, but it is a 7 months away. It's not that detailed, looks like a high res PS2 game. And it's The Getaway, I think we know how good those games were. I mildly enjoyed playing through the first one, but the 2nd one was pure garbage.

Yup agreed The Getaway series hasn't been very good and those pics haven't shown me anything the 360 can't do. Maybe ICT hasn't seen GRAW or Oblivion in Hi Def. Sorry for the letdown ICT but next gen is already here.

I already know those games are hot, I was shooting them down at all.

I just was saying that I liked the pic. Didn't say anything about 360 not being capable, I actually mentioned a few 360 games.

Alright everybody Group Hug, Group Hug. I wasn't shooting your pics down either I just felt while they look nice including the Lair pics we have a system capable of doing that already.

I'm already on record as saying i'm getting a "Black PS3" on launch cause some of the must have racing being released.

On the real, the reason I'm liking the pic is the amount of people walking also within that city. It is new and I'm not discrediting that. Of course, The Getaway is just ....I can't even talk about that flop anymore. Honestly though, I get excited with the expectations of what could happen if the right game gets the right concept going. Think of a game by a smaller company with concepts made by The Getaway, all the GTAs, Oblivion with their A.I. intelligence, in a great game with a story?? It's just starting.

Does making your jab's make you feel better?

I think the pictures (I can't view the video at work) look nice. I think they look on par with Gears of War or a tad bit better. But as someone noted in the other thread, no one has played GOW either, so who knows how it'll look/play in real time. Could be better, could be worse than the videos have displayed so far. But to me, this looks realtime and is an actual build. Only thing that worries me is it's Factor 5, so they aren't Sony, and Sony themselves said Dev kits haven't been sent out yet, so what's it running on?

OMG, I'm selling my 360 for a PS3 right now........Yeah right, I Mean it looked good, but did nothing for me. Watching that, all I saw was a big cut sceen, I want gameplay video...

Good stuff. On the real, it looked like that movie Marlon Wayans was in where the dragons were fighting in the air. Ya'll know what I mean. Remember there were blue dragons and red dragons? Was that Dungeons & Dragons??.............................googling.... ..........yeah, Dungeons and Dragons. Don't get me wrong, that was a nice little video on the real. Just that it wasn't as hot as the screenshots made it seem. I'm very curious to see if it does bring something to the table. I'm keeping my 360 no matter what I see from Sony. I'll save up a little though.......

I don't care about those specs. I want to know how much this thing will cost, what size the HD will be (if its included), if I have to drop money on cooling devices like 360 owners are doing, how much it will cost to make my wireless controllers re-chargeable, etc etc. Basically, I'm ready to hear about how much money its going to cost to own a PS3, but I imagine they want to show off what the system can do first (and apparently can't do that just yet).

its probably going to cost the same as the 360 , since sony has delayed the release i highly doubt they can demand more money, it maybe be better than a 360 , but its late and its making sony look really bad IMO
