Tell me about it, I am copying a 4 page review out of a magasine. lol. XD In the last 2 weeks this game went to, Oh look, Fallout 3 yay. It will be a okay game to Holy #!#%, I want this game NOW, Give it now!!!

I think that's the feeling I'm getting over Fable 2.

I been like this for Fable 2 since it was announced. Fallout 3 was always on the Back Burner. Heck I didn't even have Fallout 3 reserved until like 5 days ago. Now I am really glad I did. Both games are looking like great ones.

ok, i liked oblivion for the most part, but the one thing i absolutely hated was how the entire world leveled as you leveled your character, you couldnt even find certain items in the game until you was a certain level, and when you got to a higher level the most rare armor in the game was found on every dead marauder.. so my question is.. Is fallout 3s world going to level as your character levels? or what?

Not going to lie, that $20 limited edition with the pen & paper rpg rule book has looked enticing since I'm sure me and my friends would get some fun out of it.

Lol, hey that game had some good qualities. Like the Card Magic System and......and....hmmm. I will think of something soon.

I have no doubt this game will rock. Very pumped for it as the First fallots where my first RPG's back in the day.

So all the time we spend leveling a character up and the game "ends", we can't use the same character when we start again?? If so that sucks. That was one of the things I was looking forward to is creating a super elite character after a few play-throughs. If were not able to do that, its kinda disappointing. But I guess it would be kinda hard seeing how we start out in the vault again. Makes sense I guess but still wish there was that option.

im just really hesitant to buy this game, because Bethesda disappointed me with alot of aspects of oblivion

I can relate with you there. As good as Oblivion is, there are a lot of things about it that just bug the hell out of me. There's a lot of tacked on stuff in that game that just artificially lengthen the main quest. The worst one being when you have to get aid for Bruma from the other cities, but everyone you go the ruler asks you to go close an oblivion gate for them. Its just tedious and there isn't a whole lot of variety. Also, the fact that everyone's voice seems to come from a pool of about 5 voice actors drives me nuts.

I like that Fallout ditched that "everything levels up with you" feature that Oblivion had. There's not point in your character getting stronger when the enemies do too. Combat in Oblivion felt really stale after awhile because nothing really changes. Instead of your fire spell doing 10 damage, it just does 100 by the end of the game but the enemies all have 400 hit points instead of 40. Even with the imperfections, Oblivion is a great game and I think Fallout will be even better. It's a game deserving of the hype.
