And tons of girl power! Sparkles for everyone!

/I used 3 girls my first time through, though I was an infiltrator so I had Ashley instead of Tali

I would think everyone would enjoy something different, but I've gotten the most fun out of the soldier class and taking biotics in my party. I use the party to lift and then I finish 'em off. My upgraded spectre X assault rifle might as well be a hose. Just hold down the trigger and the thing takes forever to overheat and barely loses any accuracy.

It's crazy the options...I had Ashley fully loaded with both Assault and Sniper, so I'd sometimes have her using the sniper to great effect. My infiltrator had nice pistol and sniper, along with the electronic distance attacks. Liara can lift, warp, singularity, etc...just so many options.

On my second play through, first was as an infiltrator, this time as a soldier. I have to say, I am not enjoying playing soldier. It's more of a tank type profession, takes a lot of damage, has quite a bit of health regen to deal with it. I had a lot more fun playing Infiltrator. I could shut down biotics and overheat enemies weapons.

I couldn't train in assaut rifles or shotguns but that's fine, I prefer the sniper rifle more than anything (especially when you get solid points in it) and the pistol is extremely efficient. The shut down, ranged type of play style suits me more than the in-your-face assault rifle/shotgun user. Plus, I rarely had to worry about not being able to get loot because of low electronics skills.

Next play through I will be an adept or vanguard to get those bitoic achievements but I don't think I'll have as much fun as I did with infiltrator. We'll see though.
                PS: You guys are great.

I started with a soldier and while I'm enjoying the game, watching my brother play with a sentinel looks to be much more fun. Using the throw and sabotage powers seem so much more fun than the overkill ability.

I played as a soldier and I loved it. Mostly from an immersion point though... you are supposed to be one of the baddest beings in the world. So, take and dish out damage like one

I'm playing as a vanguard and I'm lovin it. Using lift and then blasting away with a shotgun is addicting as hell.

So I lied. I finally played this today. Chose Soldier and I don't really see a problem with it at all. I enjoy trying to figure out which weapon I should use in a particular conflict.

The story is intriguing. Reading the book also helps me get through some dialogue faster. I don't have to ask about Spectre's or Geths because I already know what they are. But I am excited to find out more about Saren's involvement with the Geth.

I originally told myself I couldn't play until next week because I had some work I wanted to get done before I got involved in the Mass Effect story. But, after doing a lot of that work today and being nearly done I decided it would be alright.

Plus, it was eating away at me to find out more about Saren considering how Revelation ended.
