Re: The Witcher 3
Stupid dog. Try running off in front of him. Where you need to go isn't that far.So what am I doing wrong here?
I'm still in White Orchard, doing the Missing In Action side quest. We find the shield and the dog picks up the scent. And from what I've read, the dog is supposed to run off into the woods and I follow him. But, the dog just sits there for me.Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
I reloaded, found the shield again and the dog took off into the woods. So I was able to complete that one. I'm not sure why he just stood there the first time.
That's the second side quest that's glitched for me. The one with the ghost in the well, I had to reload to get the ghost to appear after I found my way out of the well.
Other than those two glitches, the game has been amazing so far.Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
I scored a new laptop this weekend and to my surprise I can play my Xbox one on it. This is a game changer for putzing around the map. Battling monsters in a 14 inch screen isn't cool, but routine exploration is.I reloaded, found the shield again and the dog took off into the woods. So I was able to complete that one. I'm not sure why he just stood there the first time.

Re: The Witcher 3
This game has consumed my life. Its all I can think about at the office. I'll sign on and be ready to do some main quests... and then 2.5 hours later, I haven't even touched the main story. Currently at level 24 and about 1 mission into Skellige. Been going back and working on armor/weapon upgrades. Was disappointed that feline and griffin aren't as strong as many of the weapons I've won/found along the journey. That feline gear has a great look though especially the boots!Twitch: Goblue81188Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
I'm kinda stuck on how to approach the game. I'm only level 4 and I've made it to the second city. I totally finished all the side quest/?'s in the first city. Most of the main story quest suggest I'm at a certain level but what is the best way to level up in this game? I frequently run into bandit camps and monster dens with higher rated characters than my own so I run. Whats a witcher to do??http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
You are at the point I was before I rebooted this past week. Are you arming yourself properly? Are you making sure you are using the benefits of leveling? I wasn't. I was stuck at the point of trying to meet with the Pellar and my computer told me I needed better Yrden or whatever the quick hand magic was. I had no idea what it was talking about, or how to get better with it.I'm kinda stuck on how to approach the game. I'm only level 4 and I've made it to the second city. I am trying to arm myself to deal with the thugs in White Orchard too so I can take their treasure. I had (3) fights with them this noon-hour and got better each time. I think some bombs should help out though.Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
So making sure you are armed for battle is completely cool. I tried looting some treasure, and those darn soldiers were a pain in the neck. I brewed me some bombs and they were no problem at all.
I ended up leaving White Orchard. I fully expect to be back. Velan, here we go.Comment

This game will blow your mind if you put time into it
I beat it on ps4 and the dlc on ps4 and beat it on xbox one and looking to start dlc on xbox one
I love this game
PS: I ended the ps4 main game at level 30 and on XBOX ONE at 35
There were dlc missions in main that I did not beat or do on PS4 and did them on xbox one which is why I had the higher score as wellComment

Re: The Witcher 3
I was streaming the Xbox One on my PC for a bit tonight to play. So convenient that is an option while the wife has the TV. It's not a gaming rig, but it'll work for side quests.
It sucks though, I shut down because I limit my daily gaming and all I can think of is playing more.Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
yea man the witcher 3 is a game that needs the player to put in work. You cant enjoy or even finish the game if you play an hour here and there. Re: The Witcher 3
My intent is to do a quest a day. Between exploration, fight prep and Gwent that turns into about an hour. With the computer I can at least guarantee an hour a day. It goes by quickly.Comment

I pretty much have bombs, some potions and decent armor. I can fight them if I want, it just takes more time and strategy than usual but I didn't want to run into a wall to the point where I gotta go back and do more grinding.http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
You have some serious control. I won't even start the game up if I don't have at least 3 free hours.
