How many people loved Shadow of Mordor (like myself) and DIDN'T like Dragon Age Inquisition? I haven't got the DAI game yet since I'm generally not an RPG guy. Just not sure if there is enough action and good combat in that game to keep me interested.

Agreed about other LOTR characters. A sequel with elves, dwarves and wizards would be fantastic. I'd love to see a co-op option as well although that may be asking for too much.

Co-Op online with up to 8 members of the Fellowship would be awesomeness.

New DLC for the game that is supposed to be harder and allow up to level 30 runes. Sounds interesting.

Things are getting hotter and heavier on the story side of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment's critically acclaimed RPG, with the latest bit of DLC bringing a highly awaited sub-plot to life that was heavily hinted at in the main game.

I can't read the Kotaku review at work: http://kotaku.com/shadow-of-mordor-t...iew-1687678128. I think people felt the first one was just OK. That was $10. I'm assuming this one is $10 too.

            Re: Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor

I have really grown to like this game the more I play it. I am still trying to figure things out. I currently have 2 of the 4 War Chiefs down and 9 missions complete, but I feel that I haven't done a thing yet, which isn't really.

I still don't get the whole rune system, I keep thinking I'm doing something wrong.

Going after War Chiefs is the most frustrating for me. I never seem to be able to get one by himself without being surrounded by captains. I was totally lucky with the first two, really. I still don't know how I pulled those off. Something I have to figure out.

            Ratbag is hilarious, so far.

Runes are mods for your weapons (daggers, sword, bow). read them and how they mod different aspects. You want legendary runes and as you keep playing that is all you will have on your weapons and you will be selling off most of the other ones for coin to power up your attributes/skills.

Shadow Strike - get this ASAP. The moment it unlocks get this skill. It is amazing and will make the game even more bad-*** for you.

Intel - get intel on captains and War Chiefs. Also the red lines connecting certain guys is key. Those are bodyguards for the War Chief. Kill those captains first so the Chief will be weak when you confront him.

This game is fantastic and I look forward to that new DLC. I really would love to see a sequel. This was my non sports game of the year for 2014. No question.

Thanks a ton for taking the time. I have shadow strike but I forget to use it, duh! Good point on getting the captains, it's impossible to get the war chief without it.

It feels so good when you finally kill an Orc that has taunted and killed you multiple times.

I finally decided to let it be known that I was coming for that *** and went out to kill him. He gave me a good fight as always but I won in the end. He gave his last words and everything, telling me to kill him quickly and be done with it, so I did...or so I thought.

A few hours later I decided to continue on with the main story and started killing warchiefs. On the last warchief I had to make a supporter of the warchief scream for 20 seconds before he'd come out. Well after I did that, the warchief came on out, flanked by like 12 bodyguards and 2 captain bodyguards, one of which was this crazy *** Korthog with his face all bandaged up.

I really laughed my *** off because this dude was living for like, ever and had been my number one nemesis for the longest. Then when I finally think I'm done with him, he comes back looking like some ghetto mummy. He was a lot easier the second time around though, since there were plenty of caragor and fly swarms around to scare him. I just had to catch because this guy was FAST! I do wonder if he'll come back again though. He was just laid out in the menu, no head on a pike. I wouldn't mind running into him again.

Well, like Frieza, this guy came back AGAIN. He was also a bodyguard of yet another warchief (always a bridesmaid...poor guy) in the main storyline. Is he just in everyone's game or what?

We're friends now. Killing him now is just my way of saying "See ya later bro!"

I almost spit out my coffee reading this, very funny. I'm not very far in the game but I hope I have a long running nemesis like this.

I just recently picked this game up,and man oh man I can't believe I waited on this gem.

The fighting is soooo smooth, along with the stealth and climbing and graphics....hell,the whole damn game is just flat out amazing.

I'm not sure yet if I will pick up the season pass yet though,I guess it depends on how much it will lengthen the game....this is definitely a game I don't want to end.

The last time I checked I'm only something like 33 or 34% completed @ roughly 24 hours....I get so sidetracked it's not even funny,I love the finisher moves so much that I keep finding Orcs to kill....lol

Between this and the heists for GTA 5 coming out I'm in gaming heaven.
People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.

This reminded me of a thought I had. Always an Orc around to kill, they're everywhere. So obviously the Orc is a prolific breeder, odd though that we just see male orcs...hmm. Somebody may need to explain the birds and the bees to me, orc style.

In the movies they grew them out of mud. It was weird. There may not be a need for female orks/uruks. I haven't read the books so I don't know if there was more detail in this area.

If I remember correctly, Orcs descended from Elves, which reproduce sexually. Borg is also known as son of Azog in the Hobbit, so that alone tells more than mud. My guess would be they could be they could breed/bud asexually.

After the mention of Borg, there isn't any more personalization of orc family, to my knowledge. Tolkien was just playing with our heads. The movies just used mud to try create an answer to an awkward question.
