Looks like some tasty beers ready to be drank! I've never bothered with cellaring, primarily because of my lack of patience and just wanting to drink whatever I buy. I do have a bottle of Dogfish Head 120 minute IPA that I've had for a few months...waiting until my basement is completely done to crack that open. What is that bottle of Bell's on your shelf?

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
Its only been recently that I've started collecting, and cellaring beers. I don't have a very sophisticated way of storing them yet. But, we just moved into our new condo, and we have an unfinished section of our basement. Thought I could get some shelves and store some beer. Its not what I ultimately want to use to store beer in the future. But I'm getting started !!

Impressive. I don't have that kind of patience.
What I like the most is, in the first picture, the box for baby swing next to the beer collection. The two just go hand in hand.Lux y VeritasComment

I Knew that you would say that. I didn't realize that was in the picture until it was on my computer. Oh well, yeah so I have a baby and a beer cellar...

Wish I could try it.
Yes the patience is hard, but it is worth it because some of those beers are hard to find so you might only see it in the store once, thats why I buy them and store them. The other reason I store them is they age better in "cellar" conditions and then they taste differently.Comment

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
Hey Geno, we recently got a couple of brewers from OH in our neck of the woods, Hoppin Frog and Barrelhouse. Both were at our beer festival a few weeks ago and now in stores. Gotta say, I'm really impressed with everything I've tried! Big highlights for me so far, BORIS from Hoppin Frog and the dark IPA from Barrelhouse.
Have you tried the Bear Republic stuff yet?Comment

My favorite beer is a cold one
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Favorite Beer(s)
Little late, but nothing tops Sam Adams Seasonal brews, especially Summer Ale. During the summer, it's just about the only thing I drink. During a cold winter night, there's nothing like kicking back with a Winter Lager and watching the tube.
For mass consumption, Coors Light or Bud.Comment

I had some of that before but just didn't get into it.
