You are second in line in a left turn lane at a stop and go light and there is heavy oncoming traffic. The car in front of you stays at the white line and doesn't move a inch vs going out in the middle so the car behind can go through in case the light turns yellow. lol
Equally grinding for me is when someone in a non-protected left turn lane goes the second the light turns green instead of waiting for the people across from them going straight. To me, nothing says "My time is more valuable than anyone else's" than that one.

Ha. Funny story along the lines if kids being freaking sponges. My go to saying when people do really stupid things and/or stuff is Jesus Christ. It's just automatic. I didn't t say it often around my kids but it does slip out some times. Fast forward to about a week ago. The family is at the table eating dinner when my 5 year old remembers he put his water bottle in the freezer. So he gets up to go get it. It's pretty quite because everyone is eating. All of a sudden we hear, "Jesus Christ the water is cold." Hahahahaha. We all just looked at each other. My wife was giving me the evil eye while me and my 3 other kids were trying to hold back laughing. So he strolls out like no big deal. My wife calls him over to have a talk. She's all do we say those words and he goes but Mom it was cold and dad says it lol. Boom!!! Thrown under the bus by my youngest.

We SHOULD be used to this type of stuff by now, but obviously aren't. We'll see stuff in stores earlier than they should be.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Yikes. I mean, it makes sense because the super-long summer breaks are sort of counter-productive, but still...that seems early (!).
