Dinner went well last night
1 Whole Wheat Flatbread
4 oz Grilled Chicken with lemon garlic seasoning
Roasted Red Peppers
1 WW String Cheese
1 Roasted Potato
1 50 cal carrot and broccoli seasoned mix
Dessert was:
100 Calorie snack pack Mint Chocolate Rice Cakes
I ended at 38 points total where I can have a total of 44 a day. (Yeah, I get the max points..)
So far this AM:
1 Slim Fast (I still have more in the fridge, I'm not throwing them out)

And I payed for it on the scale this morning
