    Yeah, I know burpees and mountain climbers are challenges for me.

    So far this week, I've lost 5.5lbs. A couple days of interval training on the treadmill, today will be day 2, and two days of strength training, plus one more day of slow aerobics tomorrow.

    Reduced the calories to a nice area and so far, seems to be working.

      Haven't worked out in over a week.

      I've been really fatigued with my sickness over the past week. I'm thinking I'll feel ready to go again by Monday. I've still been doing some push ups and stuff on my own time to keep my muscles moving, but I just haven't been well enough to throw around any weight.

        My efforts have been less than stellar. Not sure why I am not motivated but I need to get off of my rear. I've let stress creep back in and I know by exercising daily that will subside. I just don't feel accountable which I know sounds dumb but I have the tools necessary to make it happen.

          Yeah, for some reason I lose motivation during the winter time. January I had very little, but still managed to keep with my routine even if I lost sight of my meal plan. But back on target the past week or so.

            Winter time is a lousy time for my metabolism.

            It's cold enough up here not to walk or jog outside, so, off to the gym you go. For someone like me, I think it's important maybe once or twice a month to have a cheat meal, otherwise, it get's boring eating the same food. ie no pizza, fries, burgers, etc...

                      OT: Who the hell works out in cargo shorts?

                      Cruciflex pushups look unreal. Good God.

                      A lot of the plank movements are incorporated in Insanity.

                      @ backflip burpees. Oh my.

                      I'd be happy if I could do a quarter of these things. Once I'm done with round 2 of Insanity I'd like to incorporate different things. It'd be nice if I had space for a pull-bar without damaging the doorjams of my apartment.

                          Today is my last day off of the gym. Been giving myself plenty of time to get over being sick and I know I'll have some beers tonight for the Super Bowl.

                              Coming to the end of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge.

                              In three days, I'll get on the scale and measure.

                              It's been an amazing program. I feel amazing and that has been the biggest thing... Looking forward to seeing what the final numbers will be.

                                I'm interested to hear your numbers, I'm at 200 right now, but really want to get back in the 170-180 range..
