Re: Off Topic 2015
I always avoided the toll road driving across PA. It would have cost like $30 one way to get across the damn thing. Not worth almost a tank of gas to avoid some 2-lane roads.
The Havre de Grace bridge sucks *** and I've complained about it many times here. $8 before I moved away. Luckily it's only charged northbound. Glad Iowa doesn't have any tolls.Comment

They're actually lowering the cost of tolls in MD back to where they were before going up over the last few years.#RespectTheCultureComment

Been down through Baltimore and back a bunch this last year, yes, the HDG toll is balls to the wall wack BUT only charging one way I'll let it slide.
You know they charge $3 on weekends through the tolls on DE-1 these days. I remember when it was a buck. And when there was no EZ Pass. Not that it was that long ago...NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

I never went into New Jersey so I don't know what that toll is/was across that bridge.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2015
I watched that game also. There was one play where Charles Barkley caught a pass in the corner. He then took a quick jab with his right foot, took a step with his right foot, jabbed with his left foot, then bounced the ball as he went into a post position to back down his man. No travel was ever called, not one word from announcers, and nobody from the warriors motioned for travel or made a peep. I didn't think to rewind it and record it. The travel was so blatantly obvious.

Re: Off Topic 2015
People who live/have lived in Baltimore: I graduate here in December and really want to look to move out East. I'm looking into Baltimore, Philly, DC, NYC, and Boston, and the surrounding cities. I'll have a degree in marketing and am open to just about anything, I just need to get out of KC for awhile. Baltimore is up towards the top because the cost of living doesn't seem too crazy, aside from housing from what I've seen, and is definitely cheaper than DC, NYC, or Boston.
Anyways, is Baltimore a fun place to live in your mid 20's? Is the job market semi-decent? Is there anything that I should know that would turn me off from it?Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

Yeah, that kind of stuff doesn't scare me. Kansas City has plenty of issues, just none that have blown up. I'm not gonna base my perception of things like that, because you could do that in just about any major city.Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment
