I normally don't go to the SI forums for multiple reasons, but I've been around there lately attempting to finish up my NA Project, and I stumbled across this thread.

      https://community.sigames.com/topic/...ing-all-media/

I never knew I wanted something quite like that in this game, but if this isn't the next progression for FM 19, I'm going to be sorely disappointed. Media is a chore right now, and I'm already to the point that I'm just going to have my assistant manager do all of the media stuff in my next few saves.

I've found my next save. I'm doing a create a club for the first time. Created a club in Spain called San Cibrao in the lowest level. I replaced the worst team in the four divisions that wasn't a B team. Going to try and build them into a team that can rival RM and Barca. So I'll probably get bored after 10 seasons and give up.

I'd say this has been a good investment so far...

I've nearly got the positioning of my tactic perfect. Haven't had to do too much tweaking to it from 2017. This isn't the tactic I've been using in my FM17 save.

In my 3rd season in League Two, I finished 3rd and got promoted to League One. It's been tough going so far, but sitting mid table in my 1st year and feel like I can stay safe.

Been a pretty consistent climb for my created team thusfar (South Coast, from Shoreham-By-Sea). 2 years in Vanarama South, 3 years in Vanarama national, and 3 years in League Two.

My team is the strongest it's been for me thusfar in terms of skill compared to the division...but my strikers are going through a drought at the moment. Also just lost my goalie for 5 weeks to a broken finger...first time I've lost a GK.

Hopefully the young GK with a lot of potential I signed this season to be the backup can keep things normalized for a bit.

(This is all still in FM 16 btw, haven't upgraded yet because of how much I'm enjoying this save).

Never taunt/anger the FM gods how many times have we told you, it knows. Also I was going to give my Arsenal save a break but Wenger, who is my DOF, found me a 17 year old Brazilian wonderkid with 17 finishing that comes in January for me. I also brought back Cesc as a player/coach but I had to let go of my U18 manager since Cesc would only sign for me if I made him my U18 manager.

I completely forgot about 1860. That was going to be my first save when I saw what happened to them end of last season. And then just forgot all about it.

Have any of you ever done a U23 coaching job?

In my journeyman save, I feel like I might be stuck in a rut, getting no coaching courses completed. FK Trinec, where I'm at now, they just have no money for me to take any.

I was just offered the Nigeria U23 job. I'm wondering if taking this job would be the ideal thing for me right now. The nature of a national team coach is having a lot of time between matches. And I would think the Nigerian FA is a little more financially secure than my 2nd division Czech club.

I'm hesitant to take it, but I think it might be a good idea. I just don't really know how international management works in FM, and if managing the U23 team is any different.

edit: oh, I just realized it's an "extra job", so I would do it alongside my current job. Well, maybe I'll take it then. Can only help build my resume. Unless I fail miserably, I suppose. lol
