Reports from Brighton that a player arrested on suspicion of sexual assault. Yves Bissouma's name all over the message boards.

Like I said before, really hoping this is a floodgates being open kind of scenario and all these douchebags get outed and punished.

Goodbye Mike Ashley. Newcastle officially sold. Steve Bruce on the way out.

I don’t think this is getting enough attention.

The FA basically allowed a foreign government to buy them. Saw a graphic that had the ten wealthiest owners in the Prem. City’s owners are now #2 with a published worth of ~23 billion. This Saudi group… 260 billion.

That should make all of us nervous [emoji23]

They will still probably end up with the calibre of players of Titus Bramble, Jean Alain Boumsong and Stephane Guivarc'h.

I know, I was completely joking.

Looks like the new owners are looking at Zidane as a manager option.

Hell they could hire Zidane to be a water boy at this point.

Another dark day for English football. Three clubs in the country now essentially being run as sportswashing campaigns.

The fans of those clubs don’t care and that’s their prerogative but I think it’s a shame all the same.

Its going to be really strange next summer seeing Haaland and Mbappe linked with Newcastle.

I’d rather have Salah in Chelsea’s side. That kind of consistent goal threat + a high workrate + he can take the punishment of the Premier League. It would be tough because Neymar just does outrageous stuff so often, even in simple things like holdup play that you take it for granted.

                              @kerik

It’s about to get real for you guys.

Then Watford as a break but followed up by

                              Villarreal
                              Chelsea
                              Arsenal

I can’t see Ole making it thru this run although the Glazers and ex-United players turned pundits love Ole.

                              What do you think?

In typical Ole form, he probably will scratch out a couple of wins they have no business winning after faltering the first few of that stretch and fall behind only a BIT more and somehow keep his job.

His hiring was always going to be a problem. Nevermind that he is a mediocre manager, but he's a club legend. As long as they keep making money, I don't see them sacking him unless it gets absolutely abysmal.

It's a long long season though. In reality, who else are they bringing in right now? Zidane? The language barrier is a bit of a problem and isn't he lined up to take over France? I don't see that as a fit with United.

I am happy Mike Ashley is gone.

The rest of my thoughts would probably violate the TOS so.

                                Hooray Mike Ashley is gone.
