Tammy to Roma seems about done. I think Arsenal missed a good striker there but until they can sell someone it was smart not to go for him.

I mean…they can’t, really. They have to offload to bring in new players, and despite what anyone might think, the ownership is still not putting money into the club. They’re just taking out loans while rates are advantageous.

Arsenal apparently wanted him, but nobody wants their dead weight.

Arsenal are in the same position as Spurs, not able to move for anyone until they sell deadweight that can't be moved. It's frustrating.

Arsenal also just gave some dead weight a new contract, so it's a little different.

We gave Dier, Winks, Sissoko and Davies extensions in the last 1.5 years. Whatever you can do, we can do just as bad. Whichever club can go under new ownership first will move far ahead of the other.

Sadly for the fans of either club, it seems like neither ownership group intends on selling.

Eh, I still think until the pandemic Spurs were angling for a sale. Bringing in a world renowned manager that brings further attention to the club, the new stadium with loads of non-football deals, on and on. Always felt like they were fattening up the club for a sale, in a way.

The one thing both sets of supporters can agree on is that both clubs are the memes of the league, by far.

Spurs are trying for Traore from Wolves. Part of me wants him because he is fun to watch and brings some positives in areas we really lack. The other part of me does not want to watch him waste 15 chances a game.

I hope he doesn’t leave because it’s fun watching him play centrally and miss those chances as opposed to playing out wide and sending in crap

Isn't he basically just another Lucas? But with even less end-product? Obviously he's an elite dribbler where Lucas is not, but still.

In a lot of ways yes but he can actually hold up play and dribble through the midfield.

                        Pros
                        - Can hold up play which we lack outside of Kane.
                        - Can dribble through midfield which we lack outside Ndombele who is gone
                        - Is fast
                        - Fun to watch at times
                        - Shiny
                        - Can send in crosses
                        - Can play wingback
                        - Will create space and take defenders attention

                        Cons
                        - Can’t shoot
                        - Misses on a lot of crosses
                        - Seems frustrating to watch at times
                        - Shirts are too small
                        - £40m is expensive

If he was between 20-30m I'd be more for it, I just think there's better ways to spend 40m.

Lmao he just gets shinier throughout the game. Reminds me of that first fast and furious movie The Rock was in where he seemed to get progressively more greased up with every scene.

I think what makes me cautious is that Nuno already had him and didn’t help him progress (that much). I’d love to see what a top top manager could do with him and as a super sub he’d be really dangerous.
