1987 Roster Madden 18

NFC WEST IS NOW COMPLETE!!!

So all 28, 1987 teams are finished. There may be some minor edits, but those teams are done.

Next update will include the 4 expansion teams using 1987 strike replacement players.

Then, the final update (hopefully in 2 weeks or so) will have many free agents renamed to replacement players and the roster will then be truly usable in Franchise mode.

As always, please check names of the players to make sure I did not make any mistakes. If you find anything, please let me know.

If you are going to use this roster in Franchise, hold off another 2 weeks or so. I will be doing the expansion teams and many free agents. I will use the strike replacement players for those teams and free agents.

this may be the finest roster you have ever made, ITP.
I have scales set to edit the roster for CFM.

I plan to start with the 28-teams that you currently have created.
I will chop down the other 4-teams so they are 3 to 6 win teams.

sim stats will be about 97% accurate acrost the board.

Just one mistake I noticed after looking through the NFC West teams:

Vann Jakes (CB on Saints) should be Van Jakes

Is your formula for rating players the same for M18 as it was for M17

Pretty much, I have altered a couple things, but it is mostly the same. I make adjustments based on what I see in game play. The biggest change has been on kickers and punters. I have gone with lower AWR ratings like the normal Madden roster. I am hoping that translates into better numbers for both in game and sim results.

I saw in sims, kicker mad fg% was 4-points to high.
Would you suggest making in-game KAC rating same as actual kicker made-fg for that season ? I think we can chop 6-ratings points for KAC and that would work.
