I'm going to start testing AP soon. I wanted to give it a fair chance but, I'm liking what I here from people about AP.

Oh there was 1 penalty...a facemask. I may max out holding, offsides and false start and see what happens, but it appears that yet again, EA sports failed to program penalties into the game.

I think AM is a good way to get a challenge. Default AM is pretty challenging. I just think AP might be the way to go for a sim experiance. I am starting to test that difficulty. now.

Your math is off I believe.. he was on his OWN 40.. that is 60 yards to the endzone.. add 10 yards to the back of the endzone.. 7 yards for the spot of the ball.. that is a 77 yard FG he almost made. That is cool?

Those who finished the game, it was a great one that I feel was ruined by All Madden AI all of a sudden getting picks they werent getting before. Great slider set but All-Pro would be best if we can get a great set.

Charter I'm with you on penalties. I lowered mine back to 50 before even coming to check in here. Just not worth it until they fix penalties.

I agree that AP might be the way to go this year

Here is a serious question. Are sliders needed this year? Is Madden perfect? No? Default AP and AM give some very solid gameplay right out of the box.

AM gives a great but, somewhat unrealistic challenge. If someone needs to adjust to make it easier or harder. it's pretty easy.

Default AP gives more of a sim style and can be adjusted. They have given us a pretty good base set.

Might have to pass the slider torch.

I used your 1st penalty setup with 15min and had 8 1st game and 6 calls the 2nd game. Mix of face mask, holding, false start.
