Am I able to use 50 speed parity with these sliders or will that mess a lot of things up?

I'm not sure. I strictly do my testing with 0 threshold. You can try it out and see.

Is there any specific thing i should keep an eye on if i put speed parity to 50? I'm also wondering if you set the penalties at the main menu or just leave them at 50 and adjust in CFM?

Pretty much just the seperation. At 50 there will be slower guys catching faster guys. I see that sometimes at 0 so I know it has ro be worst at 50. I also believe the pass rush is better at 0 too. It helps your faster DEs and OLBs get off the edge against slower Olineman.
