Hey Josh, do you think that the possible facemask adjustment is worth waiting to start my franchise for? I was also in a madden "burn out" phase, but now I'm ready to start my first real 'chise.

Honestly, probably not...what playing around I have done with it seems to have thrown some other stuff a bit out of whack. Long story short, if you want to see a handful more broken tackles, FM=50 is fine to do that. Otherwise, I'd leave the set "as is"....

I haven't tried it in isolation, but it might work. Also, raising the CPU fumble slider to 55 can also make a difference in how well the CPU runs.

One thing I was confused about is last year if you lowered the Fumble slider it made the cpu runners run a bit better...take more risks and use more moves. The lower the slider, the better chance there was of fumbling.

So this year, the higher the slider the better chance of fumbling? I thought the blurb on the screen says lower it for more fumbles? Confused...

Gonna try and hit about a dozen or so CFM games post patch, taking notes on anything I notice. If anyone else sees anything, please post here? I have no intention on switching slider sets at this point. I'm staying here.....

I agree totally. I'm very excited by the patch changes and can't wait to get home to play a game or two.

One thing...I'm going to go ahead and install the tuner with the new patch to see what happens.

I'm not getting the prompt to install the tuner when i load up my game... Weird
