I just tried my first cfm game with the exact op settings after deleting my profile. I think the only difference between me and some of you guys, is I created a coach for the other team. I set their 3rd down back in depth charts and adjusted their auto subs ( I didn't change their coach scheme or playbook). Played the game and then retired coach.

Scores by quarter
First half
1st : cle 0 Phi 14
2nd: cle 10 Phi 17

Now 2 of phi. scores in the 2nd half where because of my bad stick skills not because of the sliders. Here were the plays to show my bad skillz!

I had less points scored in the 2nd half.
2nd half
3rd: cle 0 Phi 7
4th: cle 7 Phi 0

I know this was only 1 game but I did not see the shootout in the 2nd qtr. Why? Because of the coach trick? Will play some more games like this and post my results. Hope this helps!

Thorpedo...could be good luck, your style of play,. could be the teams (I.e. stamina ratings of key players), or simply because you did their autosubs...so fresh guys were coming in.

I'm getting a lot of good info from you guys both in the thread and via pm! Thank you much and keep it coming....small details can sometimes be key and give us avenues to explore.

That's what I was saying about trying 10 mind cause I like to look at the defense a little. Last night I just snapped quick and got off 130 plays but felt like I was playing Oregin Duck game

Hey, if you want to try 10 with no ACC clock, that may be alright. I would just make sure you are not unbalancing time of possession. If you watch the replays and everything, the CPU will normally snap around 20 secs. Up to you though to manage that.
