Just read my last post and it was kinda whinny. I was just frustrated because I was absolutely powerless to stop the pass. Wilson's main target was the TE all game and rightly so, it was the best matchup. He had +3 height on my tallest corner, way faster than my linebackers and my safeties couldn't give good man coverage if their life depended on it. It was legit and realistic exploitation on my numerous weaknesses. Got game 4 this weekend. After that I'll give gabbert 4 games to determine who will lead the second half of the season

Nah...it's all good...the comp% was a bit over the top...I would've been annoyed as heck too

King and I are looking at a few things here..the biggest annoyance of M17 (not just AM) is that it is really tough to induce the CPU to force throws into those tight windows...that's where the dynamicism happens in the passing game....they far too often though immediately bypass the primary instead of allowing the route to develop.

It feels like the AI almost always wants to throw to the route that has the most separation (almost always the closest underneath route) when it should be taking more shots with tighter separation like a real qb would. I have watched countless plays on replay and this is what it is doing. In the 2 minute drill the cpu challenges coverage though so we know it has a moving threshold for what it considers open.

I was wondering a couple things:

-is it possible setting qba up to say 75-100 would get the cpu to consider tighter separation attractive?
-would edging down the pass coverage slider merely blow it open or crewte just enough opening to entice deeper throws if set to the right number?

Whats the sweet spot for accelerated play clock using 15 minute quarters with these sliders? I like the 9 minute results, but my OCD is kicking in not having the clock set to 15 minutes LOL.

9 min no acc clock isn't set because of number of plays but a whole host of other things that 15 min acc clock doesn't give you. Most notably progressive fatigue. Setting 15 min acc clock is not recommended at all and really could have many unforseen affects on gameplay. Josh doesn't recommend it at all.
