Tommy the cpu guru . Good stuff I liked some things with even teams on . Need more games though of course .

Figures. Turn on competitive and it plays more like a simulation. now turn on evening teams and this levels the playing field. Is it to much to ask for a description of what sliders specifically do? Perhaps some of the devs profiles on their resumes resembled Penn and Teller! Chaotic trickery with drama and theatrics. Why not hire some people who worked on 2k5, lol ! It's a good thing the NFL diehards in this community do their own tinkering. Breaking: after last Eve's Hof ceremony the ea team is gonna patch in the latest squirrel dance of Ray Lewis and touch up the face on the Jerry Richardson statue outside the Panthers stadium. Gameplay is next !

can someone please translate these for me from first page:


All madden and sim at intro

All pro and comp MM

All pro arcade cfm

I am not sure what "Intro" means... I am assuming if I am playing CFM I should put it on All Pro and Arcade?

Intro is the opening crawl on the game where you pick skill level and game type. Delete your madden profile and it starts the game like it’s brand new and you go through the pending Intro again.

Oh, I see..so this would be different for Madden 19 so I won't bother with this for now

No idea man. Haven’t played it yet. Give it a shot, but it may not play well with the real motion thing they added. If I get the game I’ll start with Default Rookie with assists off, see what it’s like, then move on to default Pro with assists off, just go through each skill level at default with assists off. Try Sim style first. Tell me what you see and i’ll help you adjust.

Last year I downloaded the demo, then bought the game digitially and the first version of the game worked a week, then quit loading when the first patch came. I won’t get the demo or the digital version this release. Acted way too wonky. Others told me they had the same problems.

Shaunhill84 is loving Madden 19 cpu mode with rookie default sliders. He sent me a pic where Matt Ryan was 8/23 in the first half. You won’t see that on 18.
