Interesting. Lower punt power = less intensity/ aggression on defense or is it the other way around?

I think the way he worded it... yes lower punt power for lower aggression and higher punt power for more aggression

Hey Raider! I remember a few maddens ago having roughing the kicker set at a higher number would increase intensity and aggression of the defense. That of course wwas when you could choose numbers settings versus on/off. I turn it off with the results being both of the above. Really good physicality. Good gaming all !

That's the only fix as far as I know, its the CPU custom D playbook that causes the glitch.

Ah, ok, I was misunderstanding Schnaidt previously and now I'm glad I don't use custom playbooks.

Correct. They are directly proportional to each other. Or rather, they at least were when I last evaluated this setting for M16.

If one is pondering playing with this, just note that it can be counter-productive. Either way you adjust it, it can begin to imbalance the o-line vs d-line interactions and can lead to some really bad suction.
