Have you guys ever experimented with giving all db's and safeties aggressive/possession catch? I'm curious if that would affect how they attack the ball or are those traits strictly related to offense?

I tend to adjust the traits of players based on their performance,not personal preference. Example:I had Kam Chancellor at aggressive and big hitter because that mimics him in real life. I am going to be working on sum things in regards to optimizing game settings to there fullest extent to maximize gameplay. I will report my results here. I am always looking forward to.ones findings and feedback!

How do you change running back tendencies in edit player screen? No matter what I edit the running back always ends up balanced? Is it possible to make Power backs or speed backs like in NCAA?

It’s very hard to do when you’re looking at the basic tendency. It’s messed up because the play now edit menu doesnt tell you the new tendencies, like if theyre elusive back, receiving back, or power back. Not sure how much the old basic tendency modifier means now since they implemented the more nuanced player types in cfm. Seems like they fall more towards true tendencies with the new play styles feature.

Thanks for the help with above answer Tommy! You probably said it better than I could! I think your on to something with the way ea sets a players rating at and then one setting a coaching scheme that may not apply to that specific a type player. It is discoveries like this after delving into things that make me appreciate the depth of the levels of detail within the game

Happy Easter everyone ! I suppose this update a few days ago for mut was intended to clean up sum stuff since the ea tournament m19 last chance qualifier for Madden bowl is tonight on espn. That being said next weekend is the madden bowl so I don't know if there will.be yet another/or final UpDate just prior to this. Of course any info I find out I will pass on to you all, with identifying the source. Take care!

That last patch was strange in that OS didnt have an official thread, and i never seen any official patch notes. Got to be the least talked about patch ive seen for madden. Almost like it didn’t happen because i don’t think it affected gameplay at all.
