But if you see an A intangibiles, I would draft him.
What do you look for in each of thos attributes...Someone made a scouting blog that i have been using for attributes. but last night i did a draft and got 3 fast dev players, 3 slow, and 1 normal.

This may not be the answer you want to hear - but I am fairly confident there is no "set recipe." I scouted and checked the development grade of an entire draft (I posted this a few pages back). There are some similarities amongst "Superstar" players but nothing I could confidently set in stone. Consistency, personality, intangible - you name it. The only glaring conclusion made was that 18/19 draft class "Superstars" had a "C" or above awareness grade (the one miss changed positions...). For some of those positions it stood out amongst a handful of F/D's but that did not guarantee anything since there were other "C's" who had normal development.

Not really a trick. You just have to scout a lot of 5-7 rounders or get lucky. There are plenty of hidden gems in the drafts in this year's game. If you spend a lot of your scouting points looking for them they are definitely there. The down side would be less points being spent on the early rounds resulting in poorer picks there.

In my first Online draft I blindly drafted high 70s superstars in the 4th and 5th rounds just on pure luck.

Intangibles + Physicals + Production and age...you can have a pretty solid idea of how a player will turn out...

But you know this Jets.

Physical is great and all, probably by itself the most important draft grade, but since the topic of this thread is the development trait, I'll have to point out again that I don't think physical is a good predictor of development. Intangibles & personality do a much better job. This is based on statistical analysis, not just hearsay.
