They need to add player profiles. To were it keep track of every probowl and Superbowl that's won by each player in the Careers. I mean it should read : Superbowls 2 (2015,2016 and same for othe major awards won. Superbowl MVP should be in the as well. This will make FA realistic as well as your CFM. Injuries yes we need real time Injuries that will end Careers or drop there OVR speed acc and movement to the player. Real football is what we want.

How would that help with scouting though? Maybe college awards.

Re: Easiest way to scout Dev trait?

Thanks Jeremy. I kind of assumed so.

Im no expert but it seems that there isn't a definate answer to "expert scouting". I think scouting to your needs is the way to go.

Also Awareness pretty much just increase s or decreases overall. If you have the perfect player but has F AWR take him. Very easy to develop that trait.

Also each position has traits that cost more to develop. Example: QB and arm strenght. It cost a boat load to upgrade that but cost very little to upgrade accuracy.

Same thing with speed always go A when you can. Developing that is very time consuming.

I do have a question for the "experts". Does drafting players that play in your scheme make enough of a difference that I shouls draft outside it?

Like can a 4-3 lineback play ahd develope in a Tampa 2 system?

Thanks in advance.

Scouting in your system just let's you find guys wehise whose skills are weighted better towards what you run already so theoretically they need less work to play good in your system.

Re: Easiest way to scout Dev trait?

Overall is based on what you have selected as your player type in schemes. So it definatly changes the overall but not his skills. If you change player type to his it will give the overall for him as his type. If you draft a tackler mlb and have your player type set to prototype his overall is going to be low because he will not have the speed, agility and acceleration to be a great prototype mlb. Overall does not make a player better or worse, it just reflects how good he fits your selected player type.
