Well T-Mac did indeed end up playing. We beat the Nets 69-80. It was really a team effort with no one person really takin over. High scorer was Jimmy Jackson w/ 18 pts along w/ 4 reb and 4 ast. He was the closest thing to a star.

Yao was in foul trouble and had an off-night. 6 points on 3-11 shooting, only 2 reb, 3 TO, 5 fouls, in 22 min.

Tmac basically had role-player stats in his return: 14 points (6-15 shooting), only 1 reb, but 4 ast and 4 steals.

Edit: just like to point out that we are 4-2 with Tmac in the line-up and 0-2 without him.

Looking at the box score (didn't see the game) Ward too 5 3s, T-Mac took 6s, and J Jackson took 7 3s. ??? They made a combined 3 total. You can't do that when you have a 7'6" giant inside against a weak Hawks defense. I don't know if they were forced, or if they were open, but still. If they were forced, then they will hear it from JVG. If they were open, then they gotta hit the long bombs. They should run screen and roll/pop with T-Mac and Yao. That was most effective when Kobe/Shaq ran it (in the little time that they did).

And yes, that was horrendous. They became careless and only made 7 shots in the 4th. I hope they learn from this cause that's just unacceptable, to the HAWKS man.
