Joe Flacco should be highest-paid NFL QB, agent says

So, we have a thread about his agent doing his job? That is what he is suppose to say. Flacco had an incredible run, and it is upto his agent to get his man paid. Will Flacco be the highest paid QB when he signs his deal probably not. Will he be paid a lot of money on a team that is about to rebuild their defense? Probably. Agents work for the players it is their job to get them every dollar they can, so while the statement may be "shocking" and "upsetting" to some, it is nothing but SOP for an agent for a player who should be looking at a big pay day soon.

Lost in all this discussion. The last two postseasons Flacco has played well, great this one. He was a dropped pass and a missed field goal away from back to back Super Bowl trips and possibly back to back rings.

You really want to compare a mostly slot WR to a starting QB? The Giants will not give in to Cruz's demands...he will get a contract, just not what HE thinks he deserves.

Flacco may not be worth 20MIL(not sure anyone really is), but he will get it.
