NO, but I can tell you my Dad was as big or bigger than AD and when he did whip you knew it whether it be with a belt or hand. MY Grandpa was the same way, but I can sayt I didn get to many especially from my day cause he came from a abusive home, so he didn like to whip very often, but th eones I got I remember, lol.

I hadnt heard about the genitals until now. If thats the case then I think AD definitely AD has some explaining to do. Did the kid turn when he was getting ready to hit him? Needless to say to hit a kid or anyone there is absolutely wrong. I was brought up that even in a fight you dont do that cause thats the sissy way out.

He explained it was an accident, also texted mom about it:

“Got him in nuts once I noticed. But I felt so bad, n I’m all tearing that butt up when needed! I start putting them in timeout. N save the whooping for needed memories!”

The Adrian Peterson Saga

Have no problem with the Vikes letting him play next week nor do I think it's wrong to let him play.

Did he make a mistake?, you bet. Abuse. No. Children are very resilient.
Everyone's entitled to their opinion (and we've been expressing them all here, lol) but you should explain that last sentence a bit. No judgement (from me) but "children are very resilient" seem very odd without context here.

It would be different if his hand slipped and he hit him in the testicles... just because he accidentally got him in the nuts, doesn't change the fact that he left multiple welps and open wounds on a 4 year old.

A lot of people realize their mistakes after they have done the act, doesn't erase the act being done.

"Children are very resilient" in a thread about potential child abuse reads tone-deaf.

Oh I agree, and he'll be plea bargained to the full extent of the law.
