NBA 2K15 Server Issue Affecting Users, VC Lost and More

The NBA 2K15 servers are apparently online and working, according to the official page, but many PlayStation 4 (some Xbox One) users in the OS community and Twitter, including myself, have been having issues connecting to them, some have had this same issue since Monday.

On the PlayStation 4, you can hit the "Triangle" button to manage your files, by hovering over the MyCAREER tab. While that does resolve the issue for some users, it doesn't work for everyone. If you can't connect to the servers, you have no access to MyTEAM.

While this is a major concern for those that are affected, there are others that have lost VC and 2K Support hasn't exactly been helpful. Maybe the upcoming patch will fix these issues, maybe not. The only real details that have been revealed deal with users getting booted out of The Park.

I have had this exact problem for 6 days now, I have submitted a ticket to their support but have yet to get a response. On the XB1

This is just stupid man....2k fix this mess or make VC not so reliant on those weak servers...I don't even play online and this annoys me....

Yikes, this is no good at all. 2K can't seem to keep anything going their way. I'm thankful I stick to the offline MyLeague, I've never messed with the online features.

Ps4 - can't connect to the servers even though it shows me my VC. Haven't been able to play online since Sunday night.

And you know the saddest thing about this whole glitch is? If Steve hadn't had gotten this glitch, 2k would probably still have no idea about it. Because the hundreds of people tweeting this problem at them didn't alert them to anything....

I was playing in the park and got kicked. After that I couldn't sign in for a day and when I finally able to my menus were in a asian language and my player was also Asian. I noticed the new player from MY Team Mobile as a person I played against in that. So i'm guessing it has something to do with that. Of course can't get a response from them through the support website or twitter.

(xboxone) I haven't been able to get onto my main save since Monday due to the "vc history associated bla bla" message. Today I tried and it worked, but my 81 rated sg has been reset back to 62 with no upgrades.

playstation 4

I had 55,000 Vc, i got stuck in a loading screen tried to wait it out but it never loaded (i was trying to get into park mode when this happen). when i closed the application and restarted the game i only had 2 VC left and i still havent gotten my VC back.

My advice for those trying to get your VC back with a ticket, they will only refund you one time VC no matter what else happens down the road so if it's a minimal amount of VC I would cut my loses on it and save that ticket request for a bigger issue.

PS4:NBA2K15 crash and I lost my myplayer.I was on my 2nd season too.

Online Status: Not able to connect to any online portion of the game currently. Globe on front screen says "connect" and will not connect.

as far as i can tell i did not lose anything. but i cannot connect to the server. been down for me for 2 days. they got one over on us big time. take my money and the feature game mode does not even work.

I had a lot of problems with 2K14's servers, but I actually have had no problems at all with 2K15's servers yet. I guess I'm just always on at the right time, all I've been playing is MyCAREER.
