Week 8 Bristol Bay @ San Francisco

49ers Hold Off A Vipers Comeback

San Francisco 49ers plays smash mouth football and ran over a weak Vipers defense to pull out a 30-27 victory. The 49ers were led by star running back Frank Gore who carried the rock 31 times for 113 yards and 3 rushing touchdowns.

The Vipers defense gave up another 100 yard rusher. They are now 1-2 when an opponent has a 100 yard rusher. The Vipers did however have a running game of their own, J.T. McKenzie averaged 5.2 yards a rush on 15 attempts. The Vipers have now lost 2 straight games but still led their division.

Re: Bristol Bay Vipers (Madden 2010)

Seems like Edwards is your most dominant player on offense right now, hopefully we make the playoffs this year

Week 9 Cleveland @ Bristol Bay

Back On Track!

Bristol Bay Vipers got back on track after beating The Cleveland Browns 31-20. Bristol Bay Vipers still struggled with stopping the run and running the ball but the defense made plays when it was needed. Jay Randolph got back into his MVP forum, completing 21 of 30 passes for 215 yards and 2 touchdowns. The victory did cost The Vipers, Travontae Edwards was knocked out of the game in the first quarter with broken ribs and is questionable for next weeks game against The Rams (4-4).

Side Note: Aaron Wheeler - 3 Tackles
