I've played about 20 games. I'm thinking it was just a game where both pitchers weren't very good.

I comitted 9 errors in a game last night. Yikes!!!!

That 6-4-3 double play just eats me up. Most of the time I'm over throwing first. Gonna need ever bit of spring training to get this down.

This is something I wish they changed. All exhibition games take place during the middle of the summer. As a result, daylight lasts for a long time. Don't get me wrong, I love the transitions, but I think they would do well to allow you to choose which part of the year the game takes place in, if nothing more than to better model their dynamic system.

Yup, started doing that in the demo. IMO Matt and Eric alone have good rhythm and works better. Dave just clutters things with his endless yammering (much if which isn't new). It feels too crowded with all 3 going for my taste.

My only beef with the commentary (aside from wanting more dynamic commentary like everyone else) is that all 3 guys have a very similar tone/pitch to their voice which I think lends to the lack of emotion people feel from the commentary.

In future iterations when you turn an announcer off they need to remove the lines of the announcers still asking him questions though he's off! lol

Ha! That's a good point. It doesn't happen often with Dave off (fortunately most of Matt's tie-ins are related to Eric, it seems), but every now and then it's funny to see Matt kick it to Dave for dead silence.

That was one of the first trophies I unlocked in this game

I swallowed my pride quick and moved back down to Veteran. I'm just now getting comfortable enough to where I'm starting to consider moving back up to All-Star.

Like I mentioned before, this is the first year I've felt compelled to actually play Spring Training games. In the past, I'd just skip 'em and go right to the regular season. I still don't have the confidence in my skills (I'm using all Analog) with hitting and fielding to leave the Cactus League (running with the Rockies) just yet.

My God I remember always playing HoF... it's SOOO hard to hit with so far for me this year. I had to start using All-Star and seeing if I can work my way up this year.
