It never even occurred to me to, because I keep my system in mint condition, and well ventilated, so I never thought it would die. Apparently that doesn't matter. Let's just hope that Next Gen, both Sony and Xbox get their ish together hardware-wise. I've had to send my Xbox in 3 or 4 times to be repaired.

Wondering wtf my guy needs to do to make the gd all star game. I was .329, 16, 69 on 1st place Red Sox team. The next closest total was .341, 11, 50.

I'm a four time gold glove LF. Is there q huge premium on batting average? I'm not a rookie either. Anyone else see this?

I believe that is an earned run unless the error would have gotten you out of the inning; at that point the pitcher is not charged for the run OR if it was an error that allowe that runner on base to begin with.

There is always going to be products that fail. Making everything perfect is prohibitively expensive, and if the manufacturers go that route then it's the consoles that will become too expensive for us to buy... You have to live with imperfection... Backing up your data is much easier.

Yeah that's true. I just remember when I was a kid, Sega Genesis, N64, PS1, PS2, Xbox, they never had any problems like the new ones have. I guess that's the price to pay for newer technology? I don't know.

Anyone ever getting placed in stupid places in the line up? Ill get put in 8th than complain get put to 5th than slowly regress back to 8th I lead the team in AVG and am 2nd HR's it makes no sense! this is in AAA for the record, but still its almost like the game just does it so you'll have interactions. Kinda dumb

I had some weird stuff happen in 2010... my speed was too high to not have me in the lead-off spot even though I was also the team's power. My RBI numbers sucked as a result. Then I'd get a message like "not enough RBI's" and I'd be moved to 9th for a couple of games.

I just got 2011 so I don't know if it will act differently. Just happy to see a guy get picked off second and not get a "-10 Goal Failed" for "Drive in the Run" goal that I used to get sometimes in 2010.

Did they rework the player models in 2011? I created a fairly similar RTTS guy but he just looks... weird... oddly shaped in 2011. Like his jersey is too big or something. I can't really describe it. I'm not great with editing faces so that could also be throwing me off, but my player just looked really different in 2011.

The Models are different but not by much, The main difference (if not the only one) is the Shoulders they are less square and arms move more freely, as for the face unsure dont think much has changed.
I agree its nice to not get penalized for dumb things like failed hit and run meanwhile the pitch is at your ankles and the guys safe at 2nd lol

So I started an RTTS back in April. Through 55 games, I am hitting .226 with 6 HRs and 24 RBI. The RBI and HRs lead my team, so they have me batting 3rd or 4th in the lineup, despite my disgusting average.

In my last game, I hit my first grand slam. It was an 8-pitch AB. I worked the count to 2-2, and then fouled off a few pitches before smoking it to dead center.

The Rangers are starting to piss me off. I finished off a pretty stellar first pro season at AA. Hit about .370, 12 HR, 71 RBI, 75 runs, made the all-star team. I'm thinking, bring on AAA pitching!

But no, after getting invited to spring training and batting a whopping .100 in spot duty, I'm assigned to the big club as a utility bench player! Granted my goal was to make the majors, but I'm clearly not ready. And now I can't improve a great deal riding the pine most of the time. (I am hitting a respectable .289 in my limited role, but I have no power and the OF play me pretty much right behind the infield!)

They've got some scrub in AAA that could be better served in the ML while I develop my skills playing every day in AAA, but hey, that's just my opinion.

Wake up Texas, or I'm gonna start demanding to be traded, baby!

It could just depend on the team but I have asked to be traded from the Padres Organization every chance I got in the first two years, so around 10 times and im still stuck there, Im a center fielder but they have Cam Maybin whose potential is A and im STILL not getting the chance to get traded. grrr...

Same thing happened to me with the Mets, I eventually asked for a trade but nothing happened. It took about a year of spot starts and pinch hitting to get the starters job. I plan on leaving the first chance I get in FA.

I'm near the end of my first full season (2014) as the starting 2B for the San Diego Padres. I'm in the lineup almost every game. I have started doing this: playing every game until I reach 3 of my 4 advancement goals, if possible, then simming until the end of the advancement period. I want to play for the Astros, but I've got miles to go before free agency. I never accept a contract offer from the Padres, and, I request a trade at every opportunity. I don't know what else to do.
